We have now purchased 2 of these, and for the money, it is the best shower upgrade you can buy. The finish is outstanding and it is infinitely adjustable. Highly recommend removing the restriction device for optimum performance.

The materials are well made and fit together beautifully. My only issue was that I needed the 1” adapter which it says to pickup at a hardware store. This should really be included in the box. Love the shower.

Disappointed since it was the exact combo we were looking for (rain shower head and hand held) unfortunately the shower head won't stop dirpping and when using the hand held portion the water drips from piping and reduces water pressure.

Constructed with high quality materials. The only plastic I could ascertain was the internals of the hand held unit and probably the innards of the flexible hose. The rest was a nice brushed nickel. Very simple installation if you have any DIY plumbing experience. Some hints: You may need a shorter close nipple, pick a couple up beforehand. Read the directions twice!

We just remodeled our bathroom and added this shower system. What a great choice. We bought the suggested trim package and pressure balancing valve. Our plumber installed it with no problems. Works as advertised, rain head, hand held or both. We love it!

Cons: When they say "Low Flow" they mean LOW FLOW. I would not recommend if you live in California and are forced to purchase this model. Pros: It's great if you like to take really long showers have a tank type hot water heater, . You're going to be in there awhile trying to rinse your hair, but at least you won't run out of hot water. It looks nice, and even though the hand held is plastic, it doesn't look cheap. Whatever the finish is, it seems to repel water, and not get water spots. This is great if you have hard water.

Beautiful shower system

This shower head is very nice it complements our bathroom design. The rain shower feels like rain. The hand held option is nice, the settings are a little off, but overall we really like it.

Works awesome

Same problem as some others.... after we installed, the diverter only allowed you to run the rain shower or the combination rain shower/handheld but not the handheld alone. Now I have to get ahold of Home Depot and the Mnfr and try and get a replacement unit or part to fix. Super annoying to not be able to turn off the rain shower part when needed. Looks pretty, but I sure hope they help me get a working unit!!!

This is well built and designed to last years. Adequate for a DIYer to install. The company has great videos showcasing their products and installation.

Great rain showerhead and hand held is easy to use. Very well constructed. Well worth the cost.

Easy to install and a really good looking product. Provides a nice rainfall effect. Only negative is the hand held wand is plastic rather that metal.

We love this shower. Flow is great and there are many spray options.

Awesome SHOWER - highly recommend. I was not a big fan of getting a rain shower but hubby convinced me. I must say this is really nice - not too hard or too light. Contractor said it was easy to install. I used a Moen handle that matched our faucet handles. Best purchase for a remodelled master bath!

Only 6 months ago, I bought the shower head combo and I already have oxidation problems.

I recently remodeled the bathroom in a condo I own in Florida. The component that was the most difficult to choose was the shower fixture. I spent hours on line searching for the best product based on quality and price. I read specs and I read reviews. I finally chose the Kauai III from Home Depot and I am not disappointed. It is well constructed, looks great, and performs better than I had expected. My plumber said it was the best shower fitting of this type he has ever installed. I highly recommend it, and will probably replace my other shower fittings with this one too. I have included a picture of the faucet taken before the glass doors were installed.

My guests are going to love taking a shower with this showerhead combo. The large showerhead emits a wonderful rain shower spray and the smaller one releases a spray with different spray options (which was a pleasant surprise, as I didn't realize that was a function). I now wish I had installed this showerhead in my master bathroom, but I'll just have to shower in my guest bathroom until the newness wears off. :)

I purchased this Pulse after reading reviews. Some said that you could only use one shower head option at a time which concerned me. However, after installing there are 3 modes. You can use the rain shower, turn knob to use handheld shower and turn knob halfway and you have both shower heads. The water pressure is just right and love the adjustable height. The rain shower head does swivel as well. Installed in our new shower and purchased with the Pulse water control valve/knob. It is exactly what we hoped it would be - great combo.

I love the rain shower. You can use the overhead and handheld at the same time by turning the knob halfway, but I dont know why you would. Each one by itsef is nice. I love how it adjusts. It is very easy to use. The handheld piece is lightwight. My grandma who is 74 had no trouble using it. It looks nice installed

The Pulse Kauai III showerhead is awesome. It looks fabulous in our remodeled bathroom. It was exactly the look and function I was going for. I am 5 feet tall and I was looking for a unit that had the control where I can reach rather than having to stand on a ladder to make adjustments on top. My master plumber husband installed it with no issue. Right now we have the bottom of the rail installed with the sticky tape and it's holding just fine. The water pressure is great and we did not remove the flow restrictors. It is well made and the finish is very nice. The hose is flexible and hangs nicely. Home Depot had the best price for this showerhead. I ordered it and it was delivered right to my door. I highly recommend this showerhead.

It looks beautiful, except for bottom arm rest. That is held in place with 3m tape but doesn't seem to be sticking very well, even held down for 24 hrs with duct tape. Havent used it yet to know how it functions. Just finished shower no water for another 24 hours.

Best showerhead I have ever owned! I bought this as a treat to myself and it's is totally worthy every penny. Only one complaint, it was missing a rubber washer. But I was able to get a replacement at the local hardware store, so just a minor inconvenience. And I have a very small shower, but it just fits. I appreciate the design of the top showerhead, as I can move it around so I'm not constantly under the water spray. The handle is super cinvient too for washing my dogs and cleaning the shower. I would TOTALLY recommend this product! I look forward to just standing under the water every morning. Super relaxing.

Have been using this shower system for about 1 month now, I love it! As a contractor, I have seen some garbage out there, this is not that! It is very well built and the best part, it has a quality shower hose, it lays flat and is very flexible. It has a dial to run either head or both at the same time, I have read that only the Kauai III has this, not the Kauai II. You will need about 1ft clearance above where the supply comes out. It plugs right into your existing shower supply with a provided fitting. I used the provided 3M tape to stick the bottom of the system to the wall, has worked perfectly. I'm so used to the amount of water now that yesterday I switched to just the handheld, like a normal shower, that lasted about 3 seconds and it was back to both heads and a deluge of water! For the money, this is a great system!

arrived missing a set screw, brian sent two via ups. short wife,tall husband, works for both. easy install,just follow the instructions & remove the restrictor all metal looks great
