I was disappointed of the black color and had to return it.

Bought this sink within the last 90 days and the soap dispenser broke. Because the soap dispenser is in the countertop, it detracts for the overall use and aesthetic. Very disappointed with the quality.

I've had this installed for a few months now, and it's been working great, much nicer than my last kitchen faucet. It seems to be very high quality, no complaints at all about functionality, and the included dispenser is of similar high quality, with a generous soap reservoir. Functionality wise, the one thing I would note is that, while you can switch between spray and stream modes, the switch moves back to stream mode once the faucet is turned off. One thing I did like about my previous faucet was that I could keep it in spray mode, which I prefer, but in practice this has turned out to be a minor issue. The one other thing I would mention is the cord is much shorter than my previous pull & release faucet, and due to the placement of my water hookups under the sink, the weight was getting caught up in the knobs and wouldn't retract. After trying different locations along the line for the weight, I was able to work around this, so if you run in to the same issue, you may be able to work around it as well by adjusting the position of the weight on the line. Also, be aware this does not have built-in water hookup hoses and does not come with them included, my previous faucet did have them built in so I didn't have existing ones to use. You may want to check your existing faucet to see if it has detachable water hookup hoses so you can save yourself an extra trip to the store.

This is a very attractive faucet. The oil-rubbed bronze is nice to warm up the kitchen amidst all the usual stainless steel. The sprayer head extension is nice and long to accommodate a large sink.The soap dispenser was kind of wasted on me though, I have had a problem in the past with discolored granite all around one of these through no apparent fault of my own, so I am hesitant to install another one.

This Kraus faucet and soap dispenser is very high quality. Packaging is first-class. On the downside, the installation instructions need improvement, as they assume you are a licensed plumber. Also, the connecting tubes for the water lines are too close together and make for a more difficult installation; the tubes should be 1-2 inches longer.

This is the second Kraus faucet I have purchased, and I will continue seeking out and purchasing the Kraus brand. The product is high quality through and through. Nice components, good instructions, and great packaging. The faucet installed very easily (much easier than it was to uninstall the existing big-name faucet), and it works very smoothly, with great water flow, movement, and valve action. It looks nice; not quite like a $300 faucet, but at almost half the price, I think it's a great value.

Have only used this product a couple of weeks, having purchased the unit for my kitchen remodel. I am very happy with it so far; I particularly like the arched faucet and the pull-down spray unit. The spray head toggles from stream to spray with the easily accessed switch, and once pulled down, it returns to the docked position easily and securely. The soap dispenser unit is very handy, although refilling the container is a little tricky because it is mostly obstructed by the under-mount sink I've got it attached to. The brushed nickel finish is very elegant, and doesn't show fingerprints or water spots hardly at all. Very nice overall, and I would recommend this product.

This is a decent fixture in this price range with a straight forward and easy install. The finish seems to be good but may not last long as any oil rubbed bronze finish is not a long-term finish that will take the same abuse as a chrome version. The pull out sprayer works as it should which is a nice feature as an all in one. The soap dispenser is a bit of a cheap drawback though as the generic dispensing tube is long and cheap looking and easily bent...I'd call it a severe drawback and just ditch it and use the faucet only though a soap dispenser can be a nice feature to eliminate that bottle that gets nasty or leaks on the counter. That said, it's an average fixture that I would place in the builder special section and not in the high end category but it's stylish all in one sprayer/faucet feature is a plus in any modern kitchen and will not hurt your wallet.

This faucet has a contemporary look that complements my modern kitchen. The oil rubbed bronze is a wonderful alternative to brushed nickel. The single hole mount has a nice clean look. Comes with a matching soap dispenser and all mounting hardware.

Nice, modern design. Installation was simple, faucet itself appears to be well-made, however the pull-down spray nozzle is of a lesser quality, although it does release and retracts smoothly. Water flow/pressure is ok. Installed without the dispenser, although the dispenser is very large and perfect for a kitchen sink.

I must admit that I'm not familiar with Kraus products, so I did some research before ordering this faucet. My research showed that they are very well liked by their customers, so I thought I'd give this faucet a try. The faucet came delivered to me in a nice, well packed box, with the soap dispenser in a separate plastic wrapped package. The faucet itself came in a well made, great looking box. This gave me the impression that this company makes very nice products! I laid out all the parts to make sure everything is there. I then brought out all the tools and supplies I would need.. I noticed that they even supplied an allen wrench - a nice touch. Installation was a breeze. The instructions are well written and I've installed many faucets and I'm happy to report that there were no surprises. The hoses are braided plastic, not stainless steel. I've recently installed another sink that used this type of hose, so I'm going to assume that this is the new standard. I would think that a stainless steel braided hose would be stronger than a plastic one, but maybe not. Time will tell. The soap dispenser is very easy to install; just one hole, drop in the unit and install the nut, then fill with soap. This faucet operates flawlessly. It looks very high end and has a nice height. The sprayer pulls down and there's a button on the side to control the sprayer. The single handle operates smoothly and feels very high end. The sprayer also has a weight, which pulls it back to the faucet. The soap dispenser works great and looks fantastic. It makes my outside kitchen look very high end. If you're looking for a really nice, high end faucet, I highly recommend this Kraus unit.

Easy install and matches the hardware in the kitchen that I was installing perfectly.

This faucet is really nice looking when installed. It also features the pull out sprayer which means that you can have both from a one-hole installation. The unit is installed with all of the water supply hoses already attached to the fixture. All that you need to do for installation is to put the fixture hardware (1 1/4" diameter) into the hole in the cover plate and putty plate and then hook up the hoses from below. There is a mounting nut that is tightened from below. This could probably be installed without the putty and cover plate if you want it to fit a sink with only one hole that doesn't have unused holes to cover up. You would want to use silicone in that type of installation to reduce vibration to the mounting nut. The hex wrench is also included. There is only one handle. The handle is pulled out to open the water flow and then pulled forward for cold water and pushed backwards to get hot water. This feature will reduce the chance of a child getting burned because they would pull the handle forward which will give cold water. This faucet looks great installed on granite.

My first reaction to the faucet was , "Wow, its substantial feeling" - well made and sturdy. But then I felt the spray head portion, it seems to be made form a lightweight plastic, and feels a bit flimsy. while it does not detract form the faucet looks or performance - as stated in my title, I just hope that it holds up over time. And time is the only way that I will be able to see if my worries are valid. Installation was straight forward. No hiccups or problems. My only issues above the plastic spray nozzle are the water pressure is a bit stifled and lower than what we got form our former faucet. And the amount of water coming out does not seem easy to regulate - sort of like its an ll or none situation (if that makes sense). The pros: It looks AMAZING in our kitchen! We have LOTS of wrought iron in our home, and I love the dark bronze finish, its not quite black, but certainly not light color bronze. It makes a statement for sure! The soap dispenser is HUGE,,,(I hate filling up my old dispenser) so filling this one on a longer basis, will certainly be a very welcome change!!! All in all, it is a lovely faucet. I'm very happy at this point with how it makes my sink "pop". Now we just have a wait and see issue to hopefully not have any issues with the spray nozzle. I'd love for it to have more pressure, but I'll learn to live with it!

This is a very stylish faucet and soap dispenser set. Very easy to install and adds a great look to the kitchen. Already getting comments from visitors at to its looks and uses.. The ability to use the faucet head as a sprayer hose is great and the one handle water control makes life easy

The faucet arrived quickly and was well packed. I was unfamiliar with the Kraus brand but a little research revealed these facts: They offer a limited lifetime warranty including the oil rubbed bronze finish. It's manufactured with an all brass body and handle not some mystery metal. The cartridge they use is imported from the world’s leading manufacturer of high-end precision ceramic disc cartridges, Kerox in Hungary.. They import their aerators from NeoPerl in Switzerland, the world’s leading manufacturer for high-end and specialty aerators. They say they are Easy-Clean Rubber Nozzles which will prevent hard water build-up. I hope it works since I have very hard well water and my aerators clog often. It came with a soap dispenser which I couldn't use because the fourth hole in my sink houses a filtered water dispenser. Installation was straight forward with no surprises. Kraus includes a three hole escutcheon plate, which I needed, but the faucet can be installed in a single hole sink or stone counter without using the escutcheon. You have the option of positioning the handle on the left, middle or right side of the faucet. I opted for a middle position since I have a split bowl sink and the faucet is always over the left or right bowl. I switched the hot water supply to the short tube so I get hot water when the handle is swung left. The pull-down spray head has a built-in switch to shift between stream or spray. Initially I had a small problem with the spray head not fully retracting after use but that was quickly resolved by repositioning the included weight on the hose. The look is great and the flow is excellent. I'm very pleased with this faucet.

The faucet is beautiful. I really love the look of the rubbed bronze, it makes it look very high end. It wasn't very hard to install either. The soap dispenser is very nice also, it did come packed separate from the faucet but it goes very well with it. I highly recommend this for how it looks, it's features and ease of installation.

Faucet is beautiful! Had a plumber install so I don't know if that was difficult, but it looks great and cleans up easily. Compared to my last faucet (similar style), this one has very strong water pressure. Sometimes too strong, but I can adjust!

This faucet is an excellent value, with features and performance similar to much more expensive brands. The oil rubbed bronze finish is also very nice and matches our other fixtures with the same finish. The neck swivel moves effortlessly and the control lever and spray pattern controls are smooth, with positive endpoints. This product would deserve a five star rating if the materials were a bit more robust. Installation was also very easy.

I had the faucet professionally installed but the soap dispenser does not work. The faucet itself is great and looks much more expensive than it was. Great pressure and function.

This sink is amazing. Super flow and functionality. Bronze finish matched other aspects in kitchen perfectly. I really do like this product better than other competitors brands.
