Bought this about a month ago and found the neck part of the faucet seems loose. The neck of the faucet seems loose and there is no way of tightening it. Nice size and colour.

Very Happy with sink and faucet

the pull-down part does not come up to its place. it stays a 1/4 inch lower. with a push of hand I could put it in place but it shouldn't be this way. otherwise, it works well.

Product works ok, wish it had a bit more pressure in the spray wand, and the head doesn't snap back into place very easily, but it looks good, it was the cheapest on the market in that finish

I bought approx a month ago. Nice result. Only one drawback...spray does not work on slow speed of water.

I purchased this faucet after seeing other on-line reviews and seeing that the parts that matter were solid brass as opposed to white metals or plastic. The thoughtful design of the under-sink mounting made it simple to install. In fact, removing the prior faucet took the bulk of my time and scraped knuckles. (I am pretty reluctant to do my own plumbing but more reluctant to pay for something that was so simple to do.) This faucet is far more substantial than the "lifetime warranty" faucet it replaced that had metal over plastic and was leaking within a few years. The faucet head seems a little light but it's easily replaceable if it fails so I am not worried about that. Finally, this model came with a soap dispenser but it was not clear from the website if the dispenser would be the same quality (metal as opposed to plastic) as the faucet. Don't worry, the soap dispenser is all metal and far better quality than my last one and better than anything I saw at the big box stores.

The spout on the soap dispenser fell off. Little piece of pot metal just hanging there, not screw in or anything, can’t be fixed. Had it about 2 months and have to replace the soap dispenser already. Ugh. Nice faucet, we’ll see how long it lasts. So tired of things that don’t hold up.

I like the faucet, but had an issue with water pressure being too high. Aesthetically pleasing. The faucet handle is ergonomically placed. The lever controls functions smoothly. It is well designed and it does not leak. The soap dispenser performs as it should and doesn't drip. Installation was easy.

The water from the Fawcett is to harsh could be softer

I love the look of this faucet in my kitchen! Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is mainly because of my narrow sink. The water pressure is awesome, so with my smaller sink it tends to splash more than I am happy with. And the arc makes it flow too far out, so I have been having to use it with the sprayer pulled down slightly so as to point the water down rather than towards the front. Had my sink been larger this would have been perfect. The soap dispenser requires a smaller hole than the faucet so bear this in mind when drilling a new hole... I am going to have to seal the hole somehow to make sure it doesn't leak water into the cabinet below...

We have this faucet with the Kraus undermount 23 inch KHU-101 sink and are very happy. The faucet has excellent water pressure and can be pulled down to reach further in the sink, if we need to. The design is nice and sleek, it was easy to install as well.

high quality faucet

When I received the faucet, totally different color from the picture. Shocked. I had been waited so long and looked forward to seeing it and enjoying it, but it is black, not bronze . I need the color of bronze or brown to match the color of my cabinet . Disappointed and had to find another faucet with right colour right away. Also have to take time to return this one. My time was wasted.

Looks great, works great but I've only had it two weeks.

Looks pretty but underside hardware is prone to lossen with plastic fitting.

Ive had this product for a few months and can say I've never been more disappointed. Let's start with the nuts and bolts that come with this product. I've had two or three water leaks because the equipment cant stay secure. The last time I had a professional plumber come to the house and replace majority of the fittings that came with this faucet The faucet itself has cracked on two different locations and has caused a large piece of the faucet to break off. I'm referring to the Bronx coloring on the faucet not the hard plastic underneath the bronze. It still works in that I can pull the hose out and use it but in order to retract the faucet back into the arm I have to manually push it back in. This product is definitely not worth the money nor is it worth the time you're going to lose in repairing it. If I could disassemble the entire sink and faucet and take it back to Home Depot I would. I've never been more disappointed in a product I purchased from Home Depot.

I ordered this from homedepot a over a year ago and was a nice DIY kit came with soap dispenser and clear instructions. It has a nice copper finish to accent any worm colored kitchen It has a pullout sprayer for convience over the old style sprayers which was a headache but this one is built in. And another plus is dual water flow. spray and normal easy to use

Installed in one hour. Only needed connector hoses. Nice finish. Fantastic water pressure with new faucet.
