I purchased this same faucet just 4 years ago I really liked the look and operation of it. Then just 4 years later I get up in the morning and find water all over the counter ,the faucet was leaking out of the handle. I ordered the same faucet because it looks good with my kitchen decore, but if this one doesn't last longer than 4 years it will be the last Kohler product I will ever buy.

I have had this faucet in our kitchen for 7+ years now. Over time it developed a leak (as would almost any faucet), but Kohler shipped all the gaskets and a new sprayer and diverter valve to my home for free. It was not hard to replace at all. We love the look and it works well for us.

Lack of quality parts was very evident. if I knew it was of such shoddy quality, i would not have purchased it. I have had it about 2 weeks. The plumber that installed the unit showed me the low quality parts. My wife made a similar observation. It can hardly be said that it meets even my lowest expectation. I fully expect to replace the unit within a year. The sprayer hose is the main low quality part in the whole unit. . I would cheerfully accept a refund of the purchase price. By the way it cost me $175 to install this faucet set.

I like the look and the function. So far, very pleased. I wanted the traditional side spray that stops when I let go so that I can use my other hand for holdling something large, like and ice chest, and not have water spraying all over the place.. I wish they made one that has sidespray and pull out!

Parts were missing. Need to go to Home Depot store and deal with the issue. My contractor did not have the "O" ring necessary for installation. Not cost effective. Love the faucet, but not the lack of necessary part.

I bought this faucet to replace the same make and model that had started to leak around the handle back in 2015. Now I need to replace the replacement after only 22 months, the leaks are worse than the original and now the sprayer falls a part in your hand when you use it. I do not like to be negative but for the price I expected more quality from Kohler and HD.

Easy to install. Goes much better with my stainless steel appliances than the polished chrome one I had. And it doesn't show water spots as the stainless did. Also water pressure much greater with this faucet. Very pleased.

Replaced one of those pull out style faucets that depend on a weight on the hose for it to retract. In our case the weight couldn't fall all the way back because of plumbing pipes in the way. This unit is far better and the water flow is far greater. We live on 10 acres with about 65 inches of rain per year and a well that puts out 16 GPM--we don't need one of those faucets with a flow restriction and this faucet really puts out the water. We love it. Looks good, too.

The product is beautiful. It has the sleek look that I wanted however, it has a lot of issues for a product that is less than a month old. The handle does not turn left for the hot water to come on. It starts out in the hot position with the handle facing forward which is awkward. Usually, most faucets start in a neutral position, right over the spout, then turn left for hot and right for cold. This faucet starts out over the spout in hot and does not turn to the left. This means that the pipe is always hot to the touch. I called Kohler and they offered to send me a part which did not fix the problem. They even talked the contractor through the process with this new part and it didn't work. They now have offered to send me a new faucet. This means that I have to get someone to put it in. The contractor is annoyed since it was not his fault. The faucet also, at will, shoots out water. It sounds like it's coughing up water. It doesn't happen all the time, it happens periodically. I would not recommend purchasing this product. It is lovely but all that glitters is not gold.

      Very good kitchen faucet.
Just installed this faucet today. I suspeccted my old Delta was causing the water pressure issues on the hot side and I was right. I now have plenty of pressure on both hot and cold. I did not use their aireator that came wih the faucet, it restricted the flow too much, I used the one I was previously using on my Pure Water filter. I was able to install my chrome colored pure water filter on this and if you turn it sideways it fits right in the curve of the spicket and looks pretty good. I couldn't believe how much more water pressure I got especially on the hot side and with the sprayer. The faucet swivels very nicely and the on/off mechanizm is very smooth. Therefore, I am very happy with this faucet and I would recommend it for anybody who needs a new one.

Beautiful, but 2 plumbers wouldn't install it. Third one did and I have a plumber for life!
I bought this faucet to go with new custom concrete counters. The first plumber said it wouldn't work because the mounting connection was to short. The second plumber also said it wouldn't work for the same reason, but he would only charge me $1,400 to re-do the plumbing under my sink and install a different faucet. My counter guy and I went to the hardware store and bought an extender for the mounting bolt and the nut to put them together for about $3. Plumber number 3 came out the next day, re-worked the plumbing under the sink, extended the water lines (they are short on this faucet), hooked up my new disposal, and installed a regulator on my new gas cook top for $314. Moral of this story is that this faucet will work on thick (2 1/4") counter tops, you just have to find a plumber who is willing to think outside of the box. And, the faucet looks wonderful! Love the color and ease of use.

        Looks great works great!
We needed a faucet with a narrow (2 inch) diameter base, to fit our sink. This faucet has worked perfectly for about 2 months now. Very pleased.

        replacement faucet
bought this same faucet several yrs ago when I remodeled my kitchen. The handle broke from the faucet and was not repairable. As I already had the soap dispenser and fixed number of cut outs in my silestone I bought the same faucet to keep things simple. Hope this one lasts.

        Defective parts from Kohler
I have purchased many Kohler products over the years and recently. I have received a few defects products as of late. This one faucet dripped and had a allen nut that could not be removed to change the defective valve. Kohler is great about sending replacement parts, but it would be better if their initial quality was higher.

        Design issue
We haven't installed this faucet yet. It appears to be what we were looking for and we like the appearance. However, we did not want the spray attachment and could not find the same faucet without it. When we attempted to cap off the spray hose, we found it has a non-standard thread for which no one (including Kohler) sells a cap for. It's an this odd size thread. It is slightly smaller than a standard 3/8 " cap. This appears to us to be a design flaw.

        Do not purchase
Purchase this faucet about 3 years ago. About 18 months later the faucet developed a leak just below the handle. Suspected the o-rings were going bad. Kohler sent out a set of new o-rings which I installed. Approximately 6 months later the faucet leaked in the same location as before. Kohler then sent out a new faucet and I had a certified plumber install it. 12 months later the faucet leaks in the same exact location. The leak appears to be easy to fix however a faucet should not have to be repaired every year. Do not purchase this faucet!

Solid kitchen faucet with a very easy intallation
Trying to save a few bucks about three years ago I had purchased a 'store brand' kitchen faucet that was a constant source of small problems. This old faucet was a puill-out type and the hose leaked at the spray handle, the hose itself would crimp under the sink... just a mess. This time I decided to spend a little money and get an all-metal, non pull-out with a separate spray head. The faucet feels like a tank and so far has been perfect. Installation was easier than I had anticipated due to the method that does not require a large nut that fits around the inlet supplies. Instead, a thin threaded rod extends down and a U-shaped 'flange' is used to tighten the faucet to the sink or counter top. This faucet installed in less time than it took for me to remove the old one.

The very best faucet I ever bought - great design, plenty of pressure - easy installation - EXCEPT for, the flexible water lines are too short, they could be 6" longer. I had to go out and buy 2 12" adapters for hot & cold water.

Faucet rotation was a surprise, dripping a disappointment
Faucet looks great. It dripped after installation, but Kohler shipped a new valve immediately. Another bad thing is that it turns almost 360 degrees which means since my sink is on a peninsula that the faucet can run onto the floor. Didn't see that in the description. The sprayer and its base are cheap plastic not like the lotion dispenser which was ordered separately.

        Leak Repair Info
Altho this faucet works well for awhile, it does tend to leak. Repair is pretty easy, however. Remove the little plug out of the back of the handle with a small knife tip, it just fits in with a push fit. Then loosen the set screw with an allen wrench. Then pull off the handle and there is a top that is screwed on. It should come off fairly easily with adjustable pliers. Best to wrap first with electrical tape to help avoid damaging the surface. Might come off OK with a strap wrench as well, if you have one available. Then pull up and off the handle. There are two O-Rings that do most of the leaking action. They are 1 3/4 by 1 9/16 X 3/32 in size. Most hardware stores should carry such O-rings. Lube the new ones with silicone plumbing lube, also available in most hardware stores. Be sure to clean out the inside of the faucet neck, using fine sandpaper of 600 grit or higher if you have it, or just use a scrub pad like a Brillo pad. Then reinstall and you should be good for another 3 years or so of normal use w/o leaks. Use Vitron O-Rings if you can find them, as they should last longer but will involve more resistance to moving the faucet around. The O-Rings I got cost 50 cents each at Orchard Supply Hardware in Fresno, CA. -- Ron
