Faucet drips after turning it off. Also occasionally made a 'clunk' sound, returned it. The second won also drips!! Very disappointed! Would not recommend!

Product was exactly what I expected. Looks GREAT (very upscale look)!! Doesn't show fingerprints...
Product was exactly what I expected. Looks GREAT (very upscale look)!! Doesn't show fingerprints or water spots easily. Easy to install. Replaced a similar faucet and matched the other faucets in the home. Have had it 2 weeks. Works GREAT!!

Fickle Faucet
Professionally installed model 10412-CP Oct 2017. May of 2020, faucet started leaking around the collar below the handle, worse in some faucet positions, a little less in others. Valve kit professionally replaced May 14 2020. Didn't leak for a day or two, now leaks with low-flow from faucet, but only when it wants to. Fickle Faucet

i am very happy with the Kohler kitchen faucets. They seem to be operating as I expected. After having faucets by another manufacturer for several years and was very unhappy with the design and function, I did a lot of research before choosing these faucets and happy that i did.

The faucet seems great so far. It's all metal, but...
The faucet seems great so far. It's all metal, but the sprayer is plastic. The initial quality seems great so hopefully it'll last a long time. The vibrant stainless color matches the Kraus sink I bought perfectly. The only thing I question at this time is that there is only a soft o-ring between the faucet and the counter top so I'm worried a ring will wear into the granite from rotating over time.

Terrible quality. Only reason I bought again within two years...
Terrible quality. Only reason I bought again within two years is because it’s hard to find faucets with one control handle that operates from the center. I am left handed and couldn’t stand a one-sided handle because it’s positioned for right handeded people only.

The faucet itself seems solid, but the side sprayer is plastic junk. The supply hose is plastic line and not flexible so it was always a challenge to pull it out of the base for use. It was just a matter of time before that cheap plastic base which was mounted in granite would give way. I am going to Kohler for replacement but I would rather just get rid of the sprayer. Shame on Kohler for producing such a cheap product.

I purchased this faucet online on August 20, 2018. I bought a Kohler because of their reputation for quality merchandise. I had the faucet installed on September 25, 2018. Nice faucet, I thought, nice style, good looking. On October 14, 2018, the faucet started leaking. Very disappointed in this product. Why would Home Depot sell such a junky piece of merchandise? I'm wondering just what Home Depot will do about this. Please get back to me regarding what I can do about this awful faucet.
