You get what you pay for.

It does not seal well; it looks great but does not hold water very well

Working wonderfully. Drains better. No screw closure. Weighted plug closure makes it so much easer to close.

It was what I looking for. But hope in the future more items on the floor to pick right on the spot. I don't like make trip for return ( buy online it doesn't turn out I expected)

The drain and basket were easy to install. They update my sink and look fantastic. Unfortunately, they do not stand up to harsh cleaning chemicals. They will discolor and corrode. I have used chemicals to remove rust discoloring from my sink and found this will corrode the basket and surrounding metal. Then it looks bad and no way to fix except replace again.

The quality of this item is horrendous !!!! I am shocked a reputable company like kohler could possibly put their name on it. I have two in my double farmhouse sink and both finishes are scratched & expose chrome underbody. Terrible. Completely ruining my new kitchen.

The Duostrainer did not come with a tailpiece. The strainer had a polished interior throat, was heavy weight, well made and easy to install on our new Kohler sink. It was much more substantially made than the similar store brand but was also about 4 times more expensive.

I renovated a farm house sink thats been in my famiky over 70 years with original strainers. The chrome was worn off, and showing more brass than clean chrome. I compared the strainers on the shelf at Home Depot, and once i felt the weight of this Kohler product, i knew it would last, possibky as long as the name brand plumbed in 1947 on the sink in the farm house. Great quailty, in its finish, functions and the weight of the brass chromed. Was very easy to install if you follow the recommendations of the method in which to seal it to sink and to tighten it underneath the sink. Its usable immediately once your drain is connected. The strainers stop water from draining and the simple detents allow the strainer to stay open to drain, or with a 1/4 ( one quarter ) turn, it drops into drain body and seals water tight, to hold your sink water.

Perfect and easy install. Fits well and looks great. Attached drain tube fits well and extra long easy to trim to fit.
