Dear Michael, Thank you for your feedback it is very important to us. If the doors are wobbling, it is usually because there is too much space between the top of the door and the track. They will tend to "rock" a little back and forth, especially because you have a 8 foot tall unit. You can make a minor adjustment that will bring those panels up a little closer to the top of the track simply by adjusting the screws on the bottom brackets clockwise. Try to do it evenly across each of the 4 rollers. Don't turn them too much you don't want the top of the doors to make contact with the top of the track or they will bind. if this doesn't work then please feel free to give us a call at 631-414-7725 or sales@paniflex.com and maybe we can help further. I apologize for the confusion. We did change from a continuous pull the length of the door but learned that our customers preferred something less substantial. I take full responsibility for not fixing every picture of the doors online. Most images do show the two finger pulls and I am making a list of any that I missed and fixing.

I am sorry you are disappointed. We try very hard to make sure the product descriptions are accurate. The description of the product is very clear that this is 3/4" edgebanded primed MDF. The hardware has proven itself for over 50 years in real world commercial applications. Tens of thousands of apartments have our hardware in their closets for 30, 40 even 50 years of uninterrupted use.
