Nice product

I needed this product as it seems to be the only latex paint you can find specifically for protecting avocado trees from sun damage. The low rating is because I learned from the instructions that it has only a 2 week shelf life, and that's if you refrigerate it. I used less than 1/200th of what I purchased for my trees and soon it will become useless. They suggest freezing it to have it last for 2 years, but how often can you thaw and refreeze it???

I like using products that are organic

Easy to apply and holds up well in rain. Essential to gardeners with young trees in the intense summer sun. Main downside is the hefty price tag.

The odor is quite strong but that's obviously intentional. Mixing it up outside is preferrable because the scent will linger. After drying it's like a paper-thin layer of concrete around the tree trunk.

Used as directed. Very easy. Only have one tree so froze the rest of can as directed as it’s good for 2 years

First time using the product. Was easy to apply but the product is on the expensive side and I'm not sure how well it will work so that's why I gave it a rating of 4 stars.

It works great for my young avocado trees, they seem to like it. I also put it on other plants that were getting a bit too much sun and they are happy. I used half of the can and could have used a third instead , because it goes a long way!

It paints on well. I have not yet evaluated it for control of insects and other bugs as well as bark protection against heat.

When I noticed a site that explained the techniques of pruning my lemon bushes, I learned that I V Organics would protect my plants from damage from strong sun and other elements. I then ordered this product and painted it on the plants. I am happy so far. Time will tell if it is effective.

Easy to use and effective

I have only just applied the product to protect trees and leaves that are vulnerable to sunburn and winter sun scald. So it is to early to tell if it does what it is intended to do.

Works well and protected my tree from sun and wind burn. Downside, it only lasts about 4 1/2 months before you need to reapply. Will wash off cement with a good scrub, and seems to keep most bugs away for the first two months.

Excellent product and it really protect my avocado tree from sunlight and fungi.
