About This Product
IV Organic 3-in-1 Plant Guard is the Only 100% Registered Organic and Effective Time Release Plant Guard Defense with 7 Natural Oils. A non-toxic, environmentally safe and organic product that provides most plants and trees protection from sunburn, insects and rodents. Apply to most Fruit and Nut Trees, Ornamental Trees, Roses and Shrubs. 1st Defense: IV Organic Plant Guard provides a shield against the suns harmful rays that cause sunburn (summer) as well as sunscald (winter). Both sunburn and sunscald cause the tree's bark to crack and/or die resulting in additional stress which get compounded by insects and parasites that enter the bark-less wood an invasion that will ultimately shorten the tree's life. 2nd Defense: This product contains seven (7) organic natural oils, including cedar-wood oil, garlic oil, rosemary oil, peppermint oil, clove oil, castor oil and cinnamon oil which naturally repel most insects. Shields pruned and damaged surfaces. 3rd Defense: This product contains castor oil, which comes from the Castor Tree Seed, and naturally makes everything coated with this product taste horrible and should repel most rodents; such as rats, moles, voles, gophers and rabbits that may gnaw on the tree's bark.
