I installed Ispring 7 stage water filitration system over six (6) years ago and have been very pleased with the quality and customer service I have received. Whenever I have contacted the company they have been extraordinarily helpful and pleasant with my concerns. The company representatives, such as Adam, have always surprised me with their knowledge and generosity in assisting me. Product arrived well packaged. Instructions were also pretty clear. My sink never had RO so had to drill a hole for the faucet, but otherwise the installation was straightforward. Had a strange taste in the beginning and accidentally found out that turning off the UV fixes it. I was surprised cause I didn't know UV could alter the taste in any way. Left a note to the customer service. Got a call from Nick the very next day, he was awesome and explained why I might be getting the strange taste which is a known thing to happen with municipal water. Keeping the UV off gives perfect tasting water. UV was anyway an overkill for my city water so not a big deal. Overall pretty happy so far.

So far, so good. I have only had this unit installed for a few weeks. Seems to be working great. Installed it myself. Took a little extra time because my old unit was connected a bit differently. Also connected the ice maker.

I have not had this product long, but seems to be made incredibly well and does a great job. The best part so far is the service. I picked this up from Home Depot and opened it a couple of days later to begin installing it. I found that one of the plastic connectors was crushed . I sent a service request to ISpring that evening and had a reply by early the next morning from Richard. He was very quick to respone to emails and by the end of the day he had a tracking # with the replacement part. Customer service goes a long way in my book. Great quality followed by great customer service.

We purchased this based on a family friends recommendation. Love the taste of the water and how well it works. When we needed to change some of the filters for the first time we called iSpring and spoke with Nick who walked us through the whole thing ad made it very easy. And when we got water in the leak stop he helped us change it over the phone and sent us a new replacement. Excellent product and service!

Love my RO system! Unfortunately there was a defective part when I received it and this was causing a leak. FORTUNATELY, iSpring Customer service is phenomenal! Nick shipped the part and even added a water bottle as a gift. Also, this is my 3rd iSpring RO unit. 3 different houses over the last 15 years. I won't live without one and I won't go to another brand.

I like the flavor of the water from this system. It is an improvement over my previous ro system and very well built. The reason it did not get 5 stars and was rated average in "value" is because the UV system is apparently not perfectly compatible with city water systems - particularly city water that uses ozone in its purification process. Apparently, the uv light reacts with the ozone and creates a gas that smells a bit like garlic when you pour the water. The smell evaporates after a couple of minutes, but I don't want to wait a couple of minutes to drink a glass of purified water without it smelling. It would have been great for the product to come with a warning on the website description, so I wouldn't have wasted the money on this extra feature that I can't use. I now have to keep the uv light unplugged to eliminate the smell which makes me feel like I wasted my money on their "top" product. On a positive note, Nick from iSpring customer service was very quick, helpful, and communicative in troubleshooting my issue. That is certainly a major plus for the company. I do however wish they would be proactive in informing consumers of this issue before I have to ask for help, given it is known to them. It would be the right thing to do. I was planning on buying another one of these units to replace the 4 filter ro system in our other home, but this issue has given me some pause.

Contacted the manufacturer got the pleasure of speaking with Nick. He was incredible and helped me out with my issues. Love this product and recommend it to anyone. This company will take care of you.

Lasted less than 2 years with moderate use, one of the tanks just cracked and exploded flooding my whole kitchen, dont wate your money, home depot wont back you on the product either once you pass the 1 year manufacturers warranty.

We have been using the 7 stage system since April 18. The system has worked without any issues, just recommended filter changes. Last week the clear sediment filter developed a leak. Ordered replacement but the parts did not fit correctly. I was thinking of changing the filter system. Called customer service for guidance and spoke to Don. He was super helpful and determined the part I had ordered was not the right type. Don is shipping us a replacement replacement part on priority. A reliable product and an exceptional customer.

We decided to go with advice from a friend and consider a whole house system and returned it with days after the opinion. It seemed cumbersome to us and isolated to use this just for the drinking water.

We did an extensive water test and this system out performed our expectations, the drinking water is free from copper, lead, bacteria, nitrites, and highly alkaline!

This 7 stage RO system covers every concern regarding filtration and water quality. I ordered two units for myself and family. The system was easy to assemble. I did have a few questions regarding the unit and filter replacements so I called their customer service which was A+. They were easy to get a hold of, knowledgeable and very helpful. I've had the unit for over a year now and have no regrets on this purchase.

The installation of the unit is very easy if you ignore some places in the instructions in the manual, where better clarity can be improved. So far the unit has been working fine and up to my expectations. Manual and instructions can be improved for clarity. Tank physical measurements are hard to find before purchase decision is made. This information is critical when deciding if the tank will fit the space under the sink.

I received the product as described and could install without any help. The product I ordered had a UV unit that has a flow sensing switch which was not working . I wrote an email to the support to which they understood the issue and sent the replacement part promptly. Not only that , the support person followed up to make sure the unit was working ok. Highly recomend the product and excellent after sales support.

I purchased the 7-stage RO system and the refrigerator kit. Installation was pretty simple because the majority was preassembled. However, two fittings were leaking, so I contacted iSpring. James was great to work with and promptly provided replacement parts. During the tee fitting replacement, I noticed that the membrane housing had a crack in it. I contacted James, who promptly shipped out a replacement membrane housing. The water smells and tastes great and I am thoroughly enjoying the system now that it is working as intended. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't use the system for a few weeks due to the faulty parts, but was very pleased with the customer support provided by James post-purchase. I would have given a lower rating if it weren't for the CSR service provided by James. It's good to know that their reps do not disregard clients once the sale has been made!

Install was straightforward with exception of drilling hole through granite, which took about 45 minutes. At first there was a plastic taste from the water being stored in the plastic-lined tank, but customer service was great by Nick who sent a new tank out quickly and it tastes great now. We have had water boils frequently in our city so the UV stage will be great for this. Great tasting water so we don’t have to buy pallets of water any more!

This is a very good water filtration system. I decided to go with iSpring because it has first clear housing to see the filter inside. Also the price of filter replacements is cheaper than other brand such as APEC (compring regular 6 months filters). Water filtration result is very good. 200 tds down to 19-21, without using mineral cartridge. Using mineral cartridge gives little higher tds. iSpring’s customer service is very good that i got responses quickly.

Plumber installed @$300, even he said it was top of the line!

The installation process is not as “easy” as one might hope! Our water still failed to meet one of our needs even after the I-Spring was installed.

I am living on 7th floor and this is big help for me. No need to load my back with heavy bottles, plus I have now 10 times quality water for drink.
