I installed the iSpring 7 stage RO system with UV light and booster pump in 2018. It has produced thousands of gallons of clean drinking water in the 6 years we've owned it. I've purchased filter maintenance kits from iSpring, and changed the pre-filters every 6 months and RO membrane about every 3 years. iSpring customer service is fantastic. Nick has helped me troubleshoot my system, sent replacement parts, and got my system going again several times. They're just a great company.

Spring 7 stage good system Six years ago I installed this system for my house. The System gives good quality water, and the 7 stage system+UV is best what you can buy for $300. I was installing a full set of new filters this week when I noticed a problem with the stage 1 filter housing. There was a small leak coming from the center bottom of the housing. I called ISpring customer service and Nick explained how this could have happened and told me what I needed to fix this leak and prevent form happening again. Nick sent me the parts I needed quickly and I am back online and the system is working again.

Cannot tell you how much time and effort we’ve saved over the years. We used to buy 5 gallon bottles of water at our local club store. That would mean we’d have to pack the empty bottles in the back of the car, go shopping, put them in a cart, and haul the heavy full bottles back home. Storing and put those heavy bottles into the dispenser was a lot of work. Now, we just open a faucet and delicious filtered water is dispensed any time. Thank you ISpring!

Bought this system because our house gets water from a well and it requires to be filtered, this system has 7 stages including UV light which give me a peace of mind that water will be clean from any bacterial contamination, was easy to install and tech support is great, system was filtering water in no time, great taste and super clean, thank you Nick, this RO system is great,

Decided to bought this RO system since the water in our house was supplied from a well and required filtration. Arrived early than delivery day, so was excited to install it. Was easy to set up under our sink, super quiet, and it started to work right away, have to wait for the tank to fill up, but the water coming out was clean and taste so good, and having the piece of mind that it’s actually drinking water makes a huge difference, This system is a life saver, literally.

Using this 7 stage iSpring RO from Jan 2017. Very happy. Recently we replaced the filters. Subsequently, the outlet pressure dropped. So while we were trying to figure out the issue, called iSpring. Sean immediately figured out and pin pointed the exact issue. It turned out the storage tank needed replacement. Sean went ahead and placed the order and followed up on text to make sure we received the new tank. Its couple of days now since the new tank has been working well. Thank you Sean.

Two years ago I installed it at my father's apartment and this month bought it for my house. The System gives a good quality water, I did my research, today the 7 stage system+UV is best what you can buy for $300. The installation is simple but the pipe connection should be done very careful, have to push pipe all the way in to make sure it connected right and there is no leak. Also I had a problem with water feed adapter during the installation, but with the help of Nick from ISpring Customer Support, this part was delivered and system is working.

We purchased this 3 years ago when my son was born for formula and this was the best purchase I've ever made. I quickly became a water snob and couldnt stand drinking from any other sources. (We are on a well but would of definitely installed in city water too.)We just recently had to replace all the filters and was missing a couple filters/fittings. I needed help and contacted Ispring for advice, we received the best customer support from Sean. Without even asking Sean sent over replacement quickly and we were back on track staying hydrated. Sean followed up with us multiple times and was very helpful, really do appreciate this company and recommend to everyone.

Easy install. Its big, takes up half of the cabinet space under the sink. Glad I got it. Ive had it for about 3 months now. Cautious about it leaking. Did store pickup for shipping took a couple days. I added a line for the fridge ice maker.

After five years of smooth performance of my iSpring RCC7K-UV, the housing of the blue canister started leaking. I contacted customer service and nick was very helpful in identifying the probable cause. He sent me all parts needed to replace the broken housing. I am looking forward to receiving the parts and install them. missed my tasty water. will update the review.

So easy and so important for great health. The iSpring was easy to install and the water tastes great. I don't have to descale my coffee machine anymore!

After a year of procrastination I finally have installed this RO system. It is working well at this point. I have only modest water pressure (35psi) here so have used an Aquatec ERP 500 permeate pump to assist the RO membrane in maintaining a workable water flow. You can see this gadget as a black cylinder in the photo below. With the permeate pump the output water pressure is exactly the same as the input pressure. And, no automatic shutoff valve is required as the permeate pump just quits working when the output pressure reaches the same as the input. And no brine water flows at this point. Our well water TDS measures at about 450 and the product water measures at about 50 to 60. I did learn though that the TDS from the first pint or so of water will measure somewhat higher (about 90) due to the alkaline remineralization filter. I had a number of questions about the performance and used iSprings online customer support several times and received timely and knowledgeable help from Francis S. I wondered how one could know if the UV lamp was actually on when drawing water and Francis told me to take a look in the dark. Good idea. The two plastic fittings glowed enough to confirm the lamp was working. You can see from the photo that this system is installed just outside our kitchen window as I did not want to clutter under the sink any more than it already is. I will build a cabinet around the system to finish the project off. Hope this helps - - Paul

This product was somewhat easy but tricky to assemble, it comes with user manual which well descriptive but I wish if they would have provided a link of YouTube video on how to install. I didn't read the instructions properly and end up damaging all the O-Rings provided for membrane. I then contacted the helpline number talked with company rep Nick he was really nice and helpful. He instantly agreed to send me the additional O-Rings with all postage paid which means company backs their product with very well after sale service support. But noticed few improvement areas too... link in my house, I have pull stop box installed which is now a standard everywhere but this product comes with old feed water adapter which does not fit in pull-stop-box as both ends are male. Therefore, I had to buy 3/8 In and 1/2 out supply line + 3/8 In X 1/2 In MPT Lead-Free Brass Compression Adapter to make it compatible which is additional expense of approx. $17.00. Also, after installing this product I noticed it keeps on Dripping I checked the knob it was all the way closed. Please refer to attached photos if that helps someone during installation. What I like? - After Sales Service + Water Quality What I dislike? - Incompatible feed adapter, Faucet only comes in Steel color (I was looking for oil rubber color) + Dripping Faucet

I bought this system because although I have orlando city water I like to take responsibility into my own hands when possible and thanks to Ispring I'm able to do that. I loved it so much I bought it as a gift to my sister who has well water. Nonetheless the system is made to handle well water. As far as the taste of the water and TDS, the water tastes great even after owning it 5 months now and nearing a filter change. The TDS still measures low as bottled water. This undersink filter system has changed my life and I now drink more water because of it. We are made of 70% water after all. With all of that being said I did find a con which I didn't really like but finding the solution is a phone call away. It was with the installation diagrams and instructions having to do with the alkaline additive and the sterilizer connection. One contradicted the other. After some research I figured it out Overall I really recommend this system. It just performs.

One of the fitting was damaged even known I used ship to store for pickup but was able to get a new one from iSpring. Very easy to install since I worked with quick connects, water filters, and water dispensers before. The youtube installation video is pretty helpful but could use just a bit more details. The system got my TDS from 200s down to 10. The UV light works well. Overall, no funny test like some reviews mentioned. I did not use the Alkaline filter just because...

Outstanding RO system. Our well water never tasted better. Very easy to install and setup. Nick at iSpring was instrumental in providing comparison information that convinced me to pick the unit I did. Love the UV and 7 stage filtration. Thank you Nick.

I have been searching for a water filter for a long time. I finally decided on the 7-stage Gold Sea. Great choice! Water filter was easy to install. Customer Service is great! Nick was happy to help me with installation and care. I would recommend to anyone looking for a healthier water alternative.

My handyman recommended this water filtration system for healthier, better tasting water from my sink and from my refrigerator in-door water/ice dispenser. Even with my expectations high from his recommendation, I was still happily surprised just how much tastier my water and ice are. My water flow is good and it works well. After having the system for over a month, I'm glad to find myself drinking more water and no longer purchasing plastic water bottles.

We are pretty happy with this RO unit. We have had it installed for several months now. The install went well and the unit works well and works quietly. My only concerns are as follows: a) The water seems to come out of the tap pretty slowly. Not sure if this can be improved by applying my air pressure to the reserve tank or not. b) The tap is only offered in the brushed stainless color. Our sink and all attachments are white so it stands out like a sore thumb. c) The instructions need to be update to reflect what is actually in the kit. We had to call the help line to clarify some things that just didn't match the contents of the box. Otherwise the water smells and tastes good! Thank you..

It’s important for my family to have clean water free of chemicals and other contaminants and this filter promises that. Was easy to install aside from the nut fastener for the faucet not being threaded properly. - You do not need the UV filter if you are on city water. It will make your water taste like onions lol I did not know that when I purchased the filter. Nick with customer service was extremely knowledgable and solved all my problems. Amazing customer service.

I bought this set up in July of '22. I am a 55 yo woman and installed it myself after watching the video. After a year I needed to change the filters. After doing so, I did not have hardly any water pressure from the RO faucet. I called for help. Michelle was amazing at troubleshooting my problem and sent out the replacement part. The system worked great again! It is almost 2 yrs later and I still love my iSpring 7 stage RO for well water.

This is by far the best Reverse Osmosis unit ever. If you want 100% clean water look no further than this unit. Quit wasting your money on bottled store water and buy one of these units you won't regret it I promise you. The water that comes out of these units are 100% better and cleaner than store bought water. Also it doesn't take a rocket scientist to install these units. Also their support staff is very kind and courtesy especially Nick. Nick will help a customer in any way he can.

I've had this system since December so appears to be working great with quality water being provided. I did have an issue with the priginal water faucet leaking but I was able to get Sean at iSpring to provide a replacement faucet which was of a higher quality than before. Important note: If you get the UV stage model make sure it's plugged into an outlet that doesn't rely on a switch (common for disposal) otherwise it won't actually work.

The water tastes wonderful. We had a professional plumber install unit, did not seem difficult. Hope it performs for a long time as we have only had it for a few days.

The 7 stage system was delivered in a timely manner and was in good condition. My first installation attempt showed the feed water adapter valve was leaking. ISpring Customer support (Sean) responded quickly and shipped out a new valve. iSpring customer support is easy to contact and answer calls quickly. The installation is complete with no leaks.

Nick was very helpful with replacement parts. This is the second time I’ve had to contact support and they’re very responsive.

I purchased the 7-stage system a few years ago. The system provided excellent quality water and has been very reliable. Nick was my CSR for concerns about cloudy water after changing filters and a dripping sound from the unit. He responded immediately and guided me through the process to resolve my concerns. Nick was the same CSR when I had a leaking housing and dripping faucet. He sent out replacement parts very quickly. The customer support puts this product over the top.
