Great product, had a six stage at our last house, decided to try the 7. Very pleased with the I springs Ro.

Good system but after I installed it the water smelled/tasted like garlic. Searched the internet found out it was the UV filter was bad. I bypassed the UV filter and no garlic taste/smell. Now I have a 6 stage system.

Our water was so bad we couldn’t even drink it. It was affecting our health. This RO system was life changing. No more plastic jugs and water bottles. Easy to install. Michele in customer service support at ispring was very helpful with any questions we had about filters. I would highly recommend this product!!

This is the third iSpring RO system I've owned over the last 15+ years. Installation and startup was easy. I ran into one unexpected issue but I called iSpring, they picked up on the second ring, and resolved my issue quickly. This unit has UV stage- it turns out that in some areas the water will taste funky if you apply UV light to it. (I'm in Western WA State- not sure if it's a function of the way they treat the city water here, some mineral, or what ...)

We bought our system 5 years ago and still enjoying it. I had to call the ISpring customer service and was pleasantly surprised how nice and prompt they were . The woman who helped me was Michele and she was amazing!

Been more than a year since I installed the RO system, and so far pretty happy with the purchase. The installation was easy enough to do it by myself. Recently the faucet developed a slow leak, and Nick from customer support took care of it by sending a brand new faucet! Excellent customer service!

This is a very good system. I had the older model in prior home for 5 years and loved it. My new home had a different brand unit and I replaced it with an iSpring 7-stage unit. It was extremely easy to retrofit.

I've had this system hooked up for about a week now and my water still tastes bitter and soapy. I am use water from a well and it has always tasted fine, we just liked the added safety of this device to be sure we weren't drinking anything toxic. Unfortunately only our pets will be drink this filtered water, as we aren't able to get over the taste. I realize there are grammar errors in this review, but my phone won't let me go back and correct them.

After dealing with poor taste issues and a 10.62 pH in our water, we called iSpring for guidance. We were told that the UV light can react with the ozone in the water that the city uses for its water treatment, which was what was causing the poor taste (metallic/onion/garlic) and high pH. The solution was to unplug the UV light and only use it for water quality alerts. Within a gallon of water usage, the pH dropped to 9.45 (and should continue to decline) and the taste is great. If I could go back in time, I would have just bought the 6-stage as it is significantly cheaper.

As an architectural designer I research everything for every client - for my 2018 kitchen renovation I chose this iSpring Under-Sink RO based on function & cost, it has proved to be THE Best appliance in our home! No hauling & storing expensive heavy 'spring water' bottles saves a lot of time. The quality and taste of the water is superior. And, iSpring customer service is excellent: after a workman damaged the system, Nick solved the problem in a 3 minute call.

What an awesome product this turned out to be. Did lots of research and read reviews of various systems on systems that would fit under the sink & were made in the U.S.A. and iSpring checked ALL the boxes. I couldn't believe the quality of water taste from this very affordable system. We had in our home and moved and bought another system for our new home. Even our plumber who installed it for us was impressed with the system! Dollar for Dollar, I feel you cant go wrong with this RO system!

I have had this system for 5 years and its still going strong and I am still loving it. What makes it better, is that when ever I deal with support for questions or to order parts, Nick and Don make it so easy. They have all the answers to all your questions and are always willing to help. Great customer service and great knowledge, a plus when you have service like this backing up a great water system. We installed our system a few days ago, and were having issues with taste. We called the company, and immediately reached Nick, who quickly troubleshot the issue, and thoroughly explained the ozonation process. The water now tastes great! Thanks Nick!

I have had this system for a few years now. Never had a problem. However recently i noticed a leak coming from the system, come to find out it was a hair line crack in the canister. I reached out to customer service via email with my problem and Brian responded back immediately with a response that a new canister will be shipped to me. Thank you Brian, appreciate the quick response and fix to my system.

I would not be without an RO filter unit in my house after my experience with this ISPRING RCC7AK-UV. Water is super clear and tastes great. Installation went smooth with the detailed instruction booklet. Definitely worth the effort, and, no leaks! Communication with Nick in the ISPRING customer support office was most helpful. All my questions/concerns were answered promptly.

We purchased the 7 filter system, not knowing we didnt need the UV light. Turns out the UV will make the water have a foul odor if you have city water. Spoke to Don in service department and he was very helpful in making me whole for the misunderstanding. Would definetly reccomend

The system was easy to install and is up to the performance described by iSpring. I requested specific help by customer support and was very surprised and happy with the quick and pertinent response by Sean. I highly recommend the system.

We loved the product since we have it installed. The quality of drinking water is just AMAZING! After a few months of operation, it stopped dispensing water. I bought this RO system because of high levels of uranium in my well water. It was fairly easy to set up, but i started noticing a strange sweet or plastic taste in the water. I contacted customer service and worked with Don. He was very responsive, helped troubleshoot the issue (UV filter), and resolved my issue. The water tastes great now - I highly recommend this product.

At the beginning the unit had some flavor issues. We changed our the pressure tank thanks to Nick at customer service with ISpring 123 filter. It took some usage but now is as good as any filtered water dispenser. . I am happy with the purchase.

I can't speak to the installation process, since our plumber installed the RO unit in our new house and we have used it extensively for the last year. The water quality is outstanding! No more lugging bottled water from the store - the RO beats it hands down! Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this reverse osmosis water filtration system. The drinking water in my city has become unbearable with the high level of chlorine. Now it's delicious again. I have one faucet for unfiltered water to wash my dishes and such and another faucet for the filtered water. No loss of pressure for the regular faucet either. Easy to install yourself.

Water tastes awful. Installed at my wet bar to use for making coffee. Water smells like insecticide.
