Service in store was poor to nil. Downroad has...
Service in store was poor to nil. Downroad has thread on one side unlike replacement rod. No one could anwers my questions about how to fit it into the fan I was mounting.. I boughrt it taking a chance it woud work. Fortunately it did. Ceiliing fan instructions were also poor - said nothihng about how to replace shorter downrod with a longer one. Found some, limited help watching video on how to install model of fan I purchased.
