The color is not as appeared, very ugly, bright orange. The thread cover is poor, needs more shag. Very coarse, thick ugly fibers, rough to touch, not at all soft. I ordered this style before from Home depot last year and was very satisfied. This is a completely different rug, it is very ugly, poorly made. OVERPRICED. You need a thick rug pad to overcome the lack of rug threads. Very disappointed.

I have only had this rug for a few weeks. I gave it an initial vacuuming to remove any extra fibers from factory. (Based on other customer reviews I plan on hand vacuuming this rug to avoid beater bars from shredding the yarn in attempt to keep from causing extra fuzz problems) So far so good! Cookie n cream color is beautiful cream base with dark brown and lt brown threads mixed in. I imagine this coloration will not show dirt. We are very happy with this purchase and it looks fabulous with my new chocolate brown leather couch and medium wood toned floors!

This picture does not show the actual color"S" of the rug. This picture shows that it is cream, with possibly a hint of tan, like the name suggests, "oatmeal". When the rug arrived I was shocked to see that it is half cream and half brown. I cannot return it soon enough. So much for on-line rug shopping.

Rug was perfect. Color was true and quality was much better than I had anticipated. No pad was required. Very good looking and brought the room together for an up- dated look.

This is a great rug, thick full shag, nice back, came rolled up but once out of the package it laid flat. I got this rug for beside my bed because the colors and texture looked perfect. Once I saw this rug, I wished I hadn't already bought rugs for a few other places, this rug would have worked just as well or better.

DO NOT BUY THIS RUG!!! After 3 months of post nasal drip and coughing I finally threw this rug out on the porch. Miraculously my coughing stopped in about 3 hours. I had been to the Dr. and he said it was allergies but after 3 months I knew it was something else. No rug... no more coughing!!!! I almost threw it out a month ago but the internet said this was a hypoallergenic fiber so I dismissed it and look for other triggers. It was the rug!!!!

I searched online for a good quality rug and came across this one at Home Depot. Was a great buy.

Rug arrived before scheduled and the color was true to the picture. Main reason we purchased through home Depot was because of their easy return policy.

Great look. However it sheds like crazy!! I'm hoping that daily vacuuming will eventually stop the shedding. I have dark glossy wooden floors and every single fiber and lint ball that flies off the carpet shows up instantly on the floors. I have to vacuum the floors every day.

Great area rug for our hardwood and tile floors. Very comfortable to lay on, soft on your feet. Every now and then some pieces will come loose, and I'm nervous to clean (vacuum?) it, but otherwise we love this rug!

It is soft and makes the room look special. The color is the same as the photo. It does shed a fine puffy thing. More like a dust bunny. I hoping that it will stop shedding.

I started out thinking this rug was going to be great - read that it would take a couple of months for the fuzz to settle down - well have had it since September and it is now March and guess what - getting rid of it - can't stand the fuzzy mess any longer and the longer I have it and sweep it the nastier it has become. Looks like a fuzzy badly groomed dog and it is ruining my sweeper. I so wish I could get my money back on this product. Please don't sell anymore of these - people will be so disappointed and by the time you figure out how bad it is you can't do anything about it.

This rug arrived quickly (before Christmas though I ordered it on the 18th I think) and was a great rug for the money. My daughter (5th grade) loves it and feels very grown up - yet it is still fun. I'd give it five stars if I understood more about shag rugs...it just seems like it could be a little bit thicker. But what do I know?

I searched online for weeks to find the perfect color yellow rug for our nursery. I was so hesitant to order anything because I was so afraid the yellow would be too yellow or mustard looking. When i came across this rug in banana cream I thought it looked a little more on the cream side but ordered it anyways hoping for the best. When it arrived i was over the moon! It is the perfect soft, baby yellow for our nursery. Not a pastel yellow but not a bright yellow just perfect. Love this rug!!

Fun shag rug. The color is true to the photo. Previous reviews mentioned the shedding, so I was expecting this. Hopefully, over time this will decrease. In the meantime, I'll just be vacuuming red fuzz from the rest of the house. Overall, I am extremely pleased.

I bought this for my 10 year old daughter's room. It is nice and soft, a very deep shag. Small things get lost in it (try finding rainbow loom bands in this), so beware if ordering for a child. We've had it for about 6 weeks. After the first vacuuming or two it stopped shedding. The turquoise color is nice and as it looks on my monitor.

I was pleasantly surprised at the superb quality of this rug. It is soft and thick, the color looks great in my office. It gives a nice warm look.

I laughed when I read reviews about shedding - especially those that seemed over the top - but after the rug arrived and was on my floor for about a week I realized these reviews were truthful. Fuzz from this rug was everywhere. Unbelievable. That alone is reason enough to buy something else. But there's more. The color online looks nothing like what arrived (8x10 size). Much more white/off-white in product photo. Actual product was much darker, much more brown. Most of the fuzz was white, if that matters to you. Also, the rug itself was pretty darn sparse in the number of yarns per inch. If you parted the material you were staring at large patches of backing material. Translation: really, really cheap construction. Don't waste your time on this garbage.

Not at all what I expected. First of all it is NOT 5x7, it is smaller. I measured 4' 8" x 6' 4". Second it is made from LONG (2.5") strands of cheap, acrylic textured yarn. We ordered two for our living room, they are both going back.

We put this carpet in our family room in front of the fireplace. Makes the room very cozy and comfortable.
