Orders have always been late very very unsatisfied, and going to have to switch vendors to purchase flooring through for my customers

I have installed pre finished hardwood (3/4"), multiple laminate floors and LVP. This was the easiest ever to install. I have installed it in three bedrooms and it's perfect for them. I would not install this in a bathroom or kitchen due to the possibility of water/food debris. One thing to remember is this type of flooring does not lend itself to being sanded and refinished because of the thin layer of actual wood.

Elegant look

This new flooring has a yellow tint that the current flooring I have installed doesn't. It has the same model number and everything. The new flooring does not come with a mix of short boards unlike the previous batch of flooring I ordered

Real good. Fit, finish and color were uniform. No issues. Good quality and affordability. We like it.

Looks better in the picture. In person these have a nice color and have a bit more of a yellow-ey look but do very nice in the light. We decided against this flooring because the material seemed very cheap. The bamboo on it was very thin and it felt painted on vs natural. The wood itself is scraped so it does have divots in the wood you can feel. I would give the wood less than 10 years. The quality seems more temporary than long lasting. There's better bamboo out there.

This floor looked beautiful when we first payed it but since the first time I cleaned it it has a foggy looking film on it. I have used method cleaner and bona on microfiber. The film just won’t go away it’s frustrating. It also scratches way to easily for the cost of it. The tiniest thing will make it scratch. If I could go back I’d choose a different flooring

The quality was pretty good but it ended up being the wrong color, or I should say I didn’t like it after I put samples on the floor.

Great flooring

Easy to install. Perfect fit.

Looks great. We put this as flooring for almost our entire place. While the distressed look is great, some of the variations seem to have depressions that do not look like they are covered with the protective coating.

My main disappointment is that the edges of each piece are raised, as if they had gotten wet. I noticed it in some pictures customers posted before purchasing. However other than that the finish is nice. The install was easy. Floors have not scuffed or scratched, even with my 120lb dog.

The floor is beautiful. It is a little high maintenance, smudges easily. I have not had the easy scratch problem as some have had, for my floor has only been down about three weeks. I am having the crackling sound when walking on. Called installers back they said it could be because of floating install over padding and concrete slab and to give it more time to settle. we shall see I really want it to work because I want to do three bedrooms in this wood.

Better than expected. Floors look fantastic.

Beautiful, easy to install, and there were only a handful of boards from a couple boxes (out of 22 boxes) that seemed defective or damaged.

Floor boards delivered to local Home Depot without any issues. Well packaged. Boards can be cut easily with mitresaw and instaled easily over plywood and underlayment. Highly recommend using higher quality underlayment for better barrier for moisture, echoes and better cushioning. Beautiful floor when completed. Recommend red mahogany stain for trims.
