A:  As this seems to require an underlayment and is snap together, I would think that this floor should float rather than be glued down... Why do you want to glue this ?

A:  7 boxes should be enough but all depends on the shape of your floor. If it is a rectangular or square shape you should not have too much waste. 

A:  If they’re dotted around the floor it would be harder than it’s worth. If it’s one area I’d really advise starting at the closet wall and pull up the rows until you reach the area, take photos of the original layout to place them back correctly.

A:  This need to be done by a professional to avoid damaging adjacent floor. You can also go to YouTube to learn the how to do it by yourself, but that is not recommended. It looks easy, but hard to do.

The natural expansion and contraction of the bamboo can over time cause the floor to move you will not notice this in daily use, however if anything heavy and immobile is on top of it , its range of movement is restricted and overtime, this can cause the planks to separate from each other.
