I’m really happy with this shade so far. It was installed over a slider door to block light from a neighbor’s upper widows at night and it has worked very well.

After all the great reviews of these blinds I can't believe the poor quality of this product. Very cheap, hangs crooked, string thin and snapped the first time I tried to pull them up. I tried to get them back down and the plastic part fell apart in my hand. We will be returning this product. Luckily we had the original shades we also purchased from Home Depot that are shorter - but very high quality - to put back up until I find the longer set we really need. The shorter blinds were at Home Depot years ago already stocked and they didn't have the longer style we really wanted. We love Home Depot and buy frequently from them and this is our first bad experience to this level.

These were poor quality. The string that you use to raise the blinds up and down does not work.

This was my second purchase of this blind because the string broke on the first one. Seems the pull string is insufficient for the size blind... everything else is nice. I probably would have upgraded but it matches the other blinds in that set of windows. Hopefully this one lasts better.

Poor ordering experience through Home Depot, and they did not put the entire address on the package so UPS had to call me for the full address. Hardware with the blinds is hit and miss quality wise. Just an ok shopping experience...

The cylinder on the draw string has already broken.

I bought these for my daughter’s nursery to help defuse the light. We have them in our bedroom and work great. They work great, but all 3 I bought have horrible splintering on the edges where cut and the valance on one is 3” longer than the others.

Easy to install, color is exactly as expected

One of the shades I ordered did not have the hardware packet. I contacted the company and they advised me they would get it right out in the mail. Thirteen days later I still have not received it.

No hardware in the box when received. The blinds look dull. For $10 more I went with another company. This is the sixth set of blinds I’ve ordered from Home Depot with great disappointment (delayed shipping, no hardware, broken slats, etc).

Shades came damaged and the wrong size. One of the worst online purchasing experiences I've ever had. I would never let a client purchase such a poor quality item.
