    A:  The shades are not completely hidden by the valance when drawn fully up. As the shades are drawn completely up, they layer upon each other and end up about 4 - 6 inches below the valance.

          A:  Not sure. I love mine but used indoors. Cheap enough to try it. I think they are made well enough to use outside.

            A:  Yes , I use it in a covered deck. The shade does get some rain but it did not deteriorated , it has been out thru winter for quite some time Highly recommended.

                A:  We have noticed this before and have reported it to Home Depot. Select the width first then select the length. Please let us know if it still doesn't work.
