This worked just fine for damp proofing my new garage...
This worked just fine for damp proofing my new garage foundation. It went on as expected, coverage was good and there was nothing to complain about. It did just fine.

The product was a lot thinner than I expected, but...
The product was a lot thinner than I expected, but it went a lot further than I expected.The next day the wall was dry to touch and looked great.

It didnot do the job, I dug out my foundation, cleaned it good. Patched every crack and crevice....
It didnot do the job, I dug out my foundation, cleaned it good. Patched every crack and crevice. Then I put 3 coats of your foundation tar on surface. Put dirt back in, raked, seeded, fertilized, strawed and wateted down. Came a flood next day and water still got in basement!! I'm disgusted to say the least......

Found best to apply in the morning or evening and to avoid direct sun. Direct sun can cause bubbling of any trapped gasses from the concrete walls. Actually covered more area per bucket than quoted.

Good product
Product worked as advertised. I would recommend following the directions carefully. You will not regret coating your foundation but you might regret not doing it; peace of mind well worth the fifty bucks and an afternoon with a messy roller. Just dip the roller right in the bucket; no need for a tray and throw the frame away when your done.

The product did not have good directions. The coating was like water and barely stuck to the foundation. I had to put on 3 coats just so the wall was covered. I am very dissatisfied with this product and I would not purchase this again.

Good Product
I used this product to waterproof my basement wall from the exterior. First I dug all the way down untill I reached the footing base bottom then I cleaned the footing wall very well then applied two coats of this product. It did work very well. We had I little of humidity in our basement but thanks to this product the problem was solve.
