The fan has a very low profile even for a flush mount design. 12.8 inch height was the lowest we were able to find. Looks excellent in our room with eight foot ceilings. Sleek looking and discreet, appropriate for farmhouse or modern decors. Straight forward installation. Circulates air well.

Nicer looking fan overall. Being that it is for a lower ceiling, I would think a nicer blade finish would be the choice as it is closer to the eye! They are not bad looking if you want a gray/brown, rustic weathered look. it also has the brown plastic look edge, that is the worst part. On the plus side, It is one of the easiest fans that I ever installed. The remote is great, well laid out. Now the worst part of this unit is the annoying hum..hum..hum, on all 3 speeds. This, my friends, is a deal breaker!

Well made. Remote options handy. Great for locations with single wall switch by removing the constant need to pull chains for light and fan operation.

Quiet and good looking! Light turns on by itself at 5:40 every morning! Fan reversed itself on another day. But it is close to Halloween!

The baseplate pre-drilled holes did not line up exactly with the holes drilled into the fan body. Three of four mounting screws were, however, sufficient to get a strong enough installation. Once that was solved, installation was easy and the fan works great and looks good.

I purchased 4 of these fans. 2 of the 4 had great light. 2 out of 4 had very dim light and had to purchase LED bulbs which helped. Then one of the light kits stopped working and only have the fan working!!

Good fan Worthless light. It comes with 3 40 W candelabra bulbs And I have a glass diffuser, so virtually no light gets out. It’s a lovely night light but useless for reading!

We got one for the master bedroom, liked it so much we bought two more for the guest rooms.

Installed in our home office, it's super quiet, adds a ceiling light which we didn't have, and the air movement is ideal. Mounted the remote next to the doorway to easily turn on the light. Pleasantly surprised to find the light is dimmable! Couldn't be happier with this fan.

We bought the fans because we liked the simple design and the fact they had built in remotes. I installed four of them in bedrooms that had fan receptacles. For the most part installation was not difficult but some steps required some flexibility and ingenuity. The fans work well are quiet.

Overall, pleased with fan. Would like to be able to control fan and light from separate power sources.

I love this fan and the design. No chains hanging down, sleek oil rubbed bronze mount. No light bulbs pointed down. Overall nice product. Exactly what we were looking for.

An excellent fan for those with 8 foot ceilings. Quiet and easy to install with no wobble. Children think it looks like an upside down ice cream cone. Ordering a second fan. For those that are unfamiliar with the light dimmer, press and hold down the dimmer button on the remote and the light will dim or get brighter. Remember that you only have a total of 120 watts of light, not enough to read by or vaccum only for navigating around the room.

We bought two for our home. One is in the living room and one in the master bedroom. We wanted hugger fans because we have tall family members and this fits our needs perfectly. It looks much better in person than in the picture. The glass light cover reminds me of a schoolhouse style. I love it!!

light bulbs seem to be hard to go in new bulbs work nice but the dimmer does not work that great on the remote hard to get the light to set on high

I love this fan! Very attractive and my husband said it was the most well put together and easiest to install (he's done quite a few).
