Overall I like the sprayer and it did great the first day, I was painting my daughters little house, I got a late start the first day so I had to return the next day, on the 2nd day the sprayer started out great for about a side and 1/2 and then stopped spraying, well it was spraying a stream not a mist. I quit for the day and really cleaned the gun and hose and pump completely, the filter was pretty clogged so I got a spare to put in while I cleaned that one, I went back to do the garage and the sprayer started working like it did the first day, I was almost done with one side of the garage and it seemed to clog up again. I finished the garage manually. I may have more painting to do in the next weeks, I’m going to do some research to see if I’m doing something to make this happen, any tips or tricks would be appreciated. When the sprayer is working it’s amazing, I would recommend an in line swivel too

When it sprays it does fair. I painted a 2-car garage door and didn’t realize how much paint comes out. I had many runs and it sucked up my paint like I was pouring it out. Moving the gun faster was helpful and the door is okay. I sprayed a very large deck and it was good to have. Still too much fluid. Their needs to be a fluid control like an HVLP gun off of a compressor. Setup is too complicated and didn’t work as directed . So I had to finagle things to get it to work. I frequently used the unclog feature yet the unit would stop occasionally. I don’t know if it was overheated. It was hard to get it going again. Cleanup was a mess. I could never recover the paint in the line. It wouldn’t suck water out of a bucket to purge itself so I had to use my garden hose. Its pressure would push it out. I wish other tips came with it. The hose should be replaced with a soft flexible one. It will coil and get in the way. Overall it did what I needed it to do and for sure was an asset staining underneath my deck.

I'm very pleased with the the set up and the extra sprayer assembly and accessories. This X5 did a great job with the extra large areas on the exterior of my home and the extended hose and nozzle made it an easy reach for those eves.

This was the first sprayer I have purchased or used. I researched my options and with little challenge, found this one to most likely serve my limited needs but would also perform to my high standards. THIS machine exceeded my highest expectations on every level from ease of use, quality of finish and ease of cleaning. Superb in every way! I highly recommend this sprayer. I purchased this sprayer to specifically spray an unfinished basement ceiling black. The results were great! My time and effort was cut down easily more than 1/2 and I was really impressed with how easy it was to clean (this coming from the guy who loathes cleaning up after paint projects -I purchase quality roller sleaves and throw them away rather than spend the time to clean them).

Bought this to tackle a fairly large water based concrete stain project. It was reasonably easy to set up, use, and clean. Quite logical procedures. Performed well. Priming correctly and not sucking air are key things to remember.

I'm just a homeowner finishing a 1600sf basement, but this thing is awesome. Taping takes a long time, but less than cutting in manually to roll and the lines end up much cleaner and straighter than my amateur hand. I love how easy it is to leave everything connected and ready while you wait a few hours to recoat.

I purchased the X5 for a new home I'm having built so I just finished a 12 x 12 shed and figured let's go thru the motions on the shed before I paint the house. This sprayer does the job. Having never owned an airless sprayer I was a tad neverous to use it after reading all the reviews, Overspray, clogged tip, uses too much paint, etc, etc.. Let me say this X5 is Awesome. Yes it uses more paint than you estimate so add a minimum 25% more than you estimate till you figure out the pressure setting and how to use the spray gun properly. Overall it is a great machine that saves time and lays on enough paint where one coat is adequate. Just take your time during the cleaning process so you'll be enjoying the spraying process during your next adventure.

When used as per directions this unit worked great. It's making painting my house so much faster and so much less work. Really glad I bought it.

I primed and painted a 24’ x 40’ x 16’ high shop in 5 hours each coat (one primer, one paint). It turned out great and it was a big help to have the 20” gun extension. The X5 was trouble free for the entire job! I did roll the epoxy on the floor in the pic.

Bought the X5 to spray some doors and cabinets. Used the the RAC X #310 tip and guard. Results were excellent! Very little over spray.

Absolutely beautiful results, detailed instructions plus videos for setup and use.

The best investment I have made in a very long time.its easy cleaning,and perfect soft spraying,and compact storage size.. Great machine very satisfied with it's performance

I have used Graco sprayer in the past they always do a great job. BBQ paint went on great never thin it straight paint. Clean up is great. Definitely recommend this. The only downside I can say is that it would pinch my right index finger but not the left.

I purchased this X5 sprayer about a month ago to do some interior painting. The sprayer works great but the spray gun trigger pinched the pad of my hand at the base of my fingers. And I know the hose is 3000 psi rated and that is what makes it so stiff but you have to fight it as it doesn’t bend very easily. Four stars because the trigger pinches my hand.

We stained our cedar fences with it. 135 ft of six ft high fence. Super easy!

We bought this to do a few larger projects. The instructions and setup was super easy. My wife did the spraying (her first time) and found the work easy to perform. The cleanup took a little longer but we’ll prepare better the next time. Overall it was a great experience with a great product. Thanks Graco

I got this for indoor and outdoor painting, starting with bedrooms and hallways indoors. I'm no professional, just a DIYer but this was easy to use and layed down an even and consistent layer of paint. It took one application with the roller attachment for the walls a with the sprayer, the closet was quick and easy to do. It produces great results, was easy to use and clean. My wife thinks I'm nuts for saying this, but I had a lot of fun painting this time, but only because of my Graco Magnum X5. It took so much less time to paint the room and closet with this, and I am just pleased to no end.

Great combo for indoor painting. I used the roller for the walls and the sprayer for the closet. It lays down such a nice even coat of paint it only took one application on any wall. Cleanup is very straightforward and pretty easy with the garden hose.

I used this for the first time to spray a brick wall. I didn’t thin the paint and it worked great. It saved me a lot of time and the customer loved it. Painting the ridges by hand would have taken a lot of time and more paint. I think I also saved about a gallon of paint using this sprayer over a roller. The cleaning was fairly simple. Looking forward to using it again.

I used a graco x5 about 3 months ago bought one about a month ago I don’t know how I ever painted with out one lol

First time using an airless sprayer to paint the exterior of my house. Took us 2 days to prime and two days to paint. Awesome end result!

No complaints on this paint sprayer. Works great and easy clean up. Every part disassembles for easy clean up. Well worth the price.

Bought this to paint our church worked perfectly sprayed 20 gallons

I tried staining my fence with a pump sprayer and it just took too much time and effort, I am 73 and the grace sprayer was easy to set up and use. The over spray is more than a pump sprayer but it was 10 times faster using the x5 sprayer. I sprayed 260 feet in two hours and it would have been quicker but my grass was wet and tripping my ground fault breaker.

First time using an airless sprayer. I couldn't be happier with the way my shutters turned out.

I bought this to paint my privacy fence, shadow box style. I have painted it twice with a brush and roller taking 2 full days. Never again will I do that, using my new Magnum X5 sprayer I was through painting in 2 hours. Don’t put it off any longer, buy this machine, best money I’ve spent in a long time.

I painted my garage in 2 hours with my sprayer. It took 2 hours before that just to paint 12' of the eves.

I was a little intimidated to actually get started using this sprayer as I hadn't used one before. Once I got going with it and watched a few videos and followed the instructions, it was awesome.. I still have quite the learning curve, and can't figure out why it does some of the things it does, but I am getting there. So much nicer than brushing and rolling the paint and the finish is beautiful!

I have a bigger sprayer (titan 440) but I didn’t want to break it out for a couple small sheds I had to paint. Worked great. Didn’t take much paint to get started & cleaned easy
