I looked at all the other name brand sets and when you look at how long your kids will use it you really don't need a playset that will last a lifetime. This system was built well. Price those others and this one. Yes these systems aren't quite as heavy duty as the others but for the money you will find this playset will last as long as your children play on it.

THIS PLAYSET HAS A LOT OF GREAT FEATURES THAT MY KIDS LOVE. IT TOOK 2 MEN ABOUT 20 HOURS TO PUT IT TOGETHER. THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE A BIT CONFUSING AND THERE WERE SOME MISSING SCREWS, ETC. OVERALL I THINK IT WAS A GREAT PURCHASE.

It would help if all parts for each thing were put in the same box instead we spent most of our time looking through 10 boxes for parts. That's right, each item was found in numerous boxes. The assembly would have been much easier if the tower were in 1 box, the other tower in another box, etc.

Our 3 kids, age 6,4, and 2 have already spent countless hours creating imaginative adventures utilizing all the various features of this play structure. there is so much to do to keep children of all ages entertained with plenty of room for everyone to play at the same time. Looking forward to many years of use of this one!

We love our new playset! I do daycare and the kids ask to go play on it every morning and never want to go home with their parents because they want to keep playing on the new playset! It wasn't too hard putting together it took 3 guys 2 days to get it all put together! We had all our parts and pieces and now the kids are enjoying the new playset!

Well designed with clever accessories that really appeal to kids, and also gives the finished structure a nice appearance. Made from soft southern pine which is nicely milled to minimize splinters and treated to protect against the elements. But the smaller pieces tend to split when screwed into place by an over-powered cordless screwdriver.

Our three kids love it! Though it does take some serious time to build (3 of us worked on it for a few hours each night and on weekends for 2-3 weeks).

Purchased this for the grandkids. It arrived mid -May with damaged cartons. Upon inspection of damaged pieces, only a few last minute installation pieces were broken. The planned Memorial Day weekend assembly didn't happen though, because the parts inventory revealed a major deck support missing. Check your parts list before scheduling an assembly date! Replacement parts can take up to two weeks to arrive.

This is a great play set. The directions are accurate and easy to understand. Minimal tools are required and the hardware is top notch. My kids love it! Customer service is great. There was a mix up in the parts provided so I contacted the company and they sent what I needed right out. The milling of the wood was accurate and they provide more than enough fasteners and bolts. The construction time is about 20 hours like the manual said. I only needed an extra set of hands for one section. So Super easy to put together, very well built and customer service is excellent!

When I opened the box and got started I said ")(&)^()(&^(&*^()*^)*)&)&). As we worked through the set step by step it was a breeze. If I had hired professional help it would have cost as much as the playset. 3 men worked on this set 18 hours each, not 6 hours for all of us. We took two Saturday's and had it finished. It is a major job if you are only minimally proficient with building construction. At first I thought that I was going to need a degree in building science but after we got started it became easier. The grandkids love the playset and it was worth the effort to put together. I highly recommend this set and am very satisfied.
