Great Set. The only thing I would recommend is matching up the components to reference what box they come in. This would make it easier when sorting / doing the inventory. Overall, I was very happy with how the pre-drilled holes lined up. Once everything was sorted, assembly went rather quickly.

solid construction,well made. this set has been up for a week and survived it's first children's b-day party.it took a pro 18 hrs.to assemble by himself(for the most part). i wouldn't recommend assembly for a novice. hire someone off the street who comes recommended. the laborers recommended by home depot were way too expensive. one estimate came in at 1500.00! i got lucky and found a guy who did it for 300.00! instructions could be better!

We got this set for our 4 year old daughter. We ordered on the 15th of the month and it was delivered on 3rd of the following month. It comes on a semi on a 15 foot pallet. Our driver was very nice and helped unload the set, which they aren't required to do. Curbside drop off is all they are required to do. My husband opened the set and inventoried and inspected. This took 3 hours. We only had 2 damaged pieces and a box of missing parts. I called the customer service of Gorilla, and had what we needed in 2 days. He started assembling the various things before the actual complete assembly took place outside. He was able to assemble the rock wall, tower frames, swing supports, clatter bridge, and ramp in our garage. This made it much easier on building day. I would say he had 6-8 hours alone in this process. On the 1st day with the help of his brother, everything went smoothly, just took a lot of time to get leveled and square. They were able to completely assemble the main tower, and both swing supports. The roof instructions were not in the box, and it was Saturday so CS was closed. He was able to figure it out on his own. They were able to get the swing tower in place but needed to connect the two towers. This took all day. Day 2, they connected the towers with the clatter bridge and finished it up. Installed the slide, hung up the swings and completed the project. This took about 3 hours. My husband is very handy and has all of his own tools. It was a very time consuming project even at his skill level. The quality is great! Our daughter loves it! I highly recommend it.

We bought this play set as a Christmas present for our two granddaughters, ages 3 and 5. We wanted something they could play with now but that would also grow with them. We were given a window of delivery and it came a day after the window. This caused some issues as we had arranged someone to build it based on the date we'd been given. It is well constructed, lots of variety and I think our granddaughters will be happy for a long time to come. However, our builder did have to go and buy a few bolts that he said were missing. Not really a big deal and likely could have been sent from the manufacture but we didn't want any further delays. Also missing were the flags, steering wheel and periscope. I called Home Depot and they thought I would hear from Gorilla today to confirm replacement shipping. I haven't heard from them yet, but I'm sure they will send them out without issue. My only flaw with the play set is the design of the bridge. On both ends, or entrances to the bridge there is a bracing board that goes right across blocking an easy step on to the bridge. This makes the girls have to bend down to get under while also stepping down on the bridge. I have never seen a design like this. They have played on many play sets with bridges and there has never been anything blocking them like this. It really hinders their play. They sort of avoid the bridge because they cannot get on and off it easily. The bridge was a big selling point for me because they have always really enjoyed playing on the bridges on other sets. We're going to have someone look at it to see if the boards can be removed/moved so that we maintain structure and safety but not hinder play. Looking at the pictures online you can see this is how it's designed but the views online really didn't show an angle where this could have been seen before purchase. We likely would have gone for a different model to avoid this. Overall though we are really happy.

All the parts were accounted for. For easier assembly, I recommend that 4-5 hours need to be spent sorting out all the components of the play-set. It took me (by my self) approximately 20-25 hours to assemble the play set. The instructions were easy to follow. Make sure you have means to offload the pallet from the truck..

we had some missing and broken pieces. I am a licenced general contractor with every tool and a pile of spare wood & hdwr and it took 2 of us 47 man hour to finish. The very 1st thunderstorm, a week after installation, the swing set was leaning about 5 degrees, I need more braceing.

My son raised money to purchase this playset for his Eagle Scout project for a church. The pictures look awesome but the quality of the wood is cheap and thin for the amount of money and was very disappointed in the quality this playset.

The instructions were great , it made it so easy to put together.
