The inside catch was installed too low to catch the top of the box to keep the door closed. I had to carefully bend the inside lip so that it would catch the top to keep the door closed. Still sometimes the door is open when I go to get mail. The mailman flips the door up rather than pushing it closed.

The mailbox was of good quality and construction. I was a little disappointed in the weight of the metal used in the box. Not as good as the older boxes in the past.

Well constructed; but, unfortunately, I plan on returning it because it is larger than I need. I don't receive the volume of mail that this large box can accommodate.

The metal gauge, finish, and construction are consistent with the really low price. It’s a serviceable box at a low price point.

The mailbox looks great. The medium size mailbox replaced my old mailbox using the same mounting. The mailbox does not come with any hardware. Because the mailbox replaced the same size mailbox I used the same mount. The mailbox didn’t come with screws, so I reused my old mounting screws. Not fancy, but the standard mailbox, that looks good and gets the job done.

Exactly what I wanted, it fit perfectly. Fair price.

The door would not stay closed. I did some adjusting to the door and maybe it will stay closed now after my mail got wet.

East to install and works well. Hopefully for many years to come.

I thought about spending more for the heavy duty mailbox but I’m glad I didn’t. This is a very sturdy feeling mailbox. It was less than half the price is the heavy duty. I would buy this again.

I've purchased two of these and both had the latches fail after an short time. That leaves my mailbox open to the rain and wind. It seems that if the mail carrier is a bit rough with the door, the hinges bend slightly and then the latch won't latch. I had to buy a magnet and attach it to the inside so the door would stay closed.

Easy to install..much stronger than the old one

The green color is much darker than in the photo. It’s not as sturdy as my last Home Depot mailbox and it was smaller than I thought it would be. The opening latch is not as secure as I'd like it to be. But I will keep it. However, if you want something more heavy duty, it might be best to get a different box.

Was a gift & ordered graphics to personalize. Good standard mailbox. Had it shipped to the store for pickup but did have a small dent in it. Other than that, it should work.

Matched up with my existing mailbox. A five minute job to replace my old mailbox with the new one.

Looks great & very easy to install

Check out was a Hugh disappointment. Staff the registers, I am not an employee and don’t know or need to know how to do a check out. I will drive farther to a lumber yard to get the service I expect.
