No problems purchasing mailbox

Note! This item does Not come with mounting plate. Nice change from old black mailbox.

The door does not shut. No hardware enclosed. Will have to return.

This is a classic large metal mail box. Looks great atop my new post which is covered in white vinyl.

Looks great and the price was very reasonable.

It was just what I wanted . Delivery was fast . Ordered one day and got it the next day.

I just bought one of these Architectural Mailboxes yesterday only to get it home & realize that not only was it dented already (the box wasn’t though), but it came with no mounting hardware. What kind of cheap company sells you a product without the hardware to install it? It probably costs them pennies to include the hardware! Is it not enough that we purchased the mailbox from you already? God I hate greedy companies like this. I am returning it & I will NEVER purchase from them again!

Home Depot is the only place we were able to find the green metal mailbox that we were looking for, thank you.

The mailbox is mostly good, but... the finish quality isn't great. The mailbox that came had a few spots where the paint was nicked (back of the box) and worse, a few spots where there's no paint. The area where the door hinges on the frame simply wasn't finished. This is where I had rust on the old mailbox. It's annoying to need to paint a brand new box and a hassle to get another one.

I wanted a simple subtle Elegance and I achieve that with this mailbox

Disappointed in our new mailbox. The lid was too loose & would not securely close.The mailman left mail in our box, closed it and it just opened back up. After we made several adjustments on the latch, it now closes properly.

Easy to install, no separate parts to put together.

Delivery was fast, but mailbox was damaged, had to return to local home depot store where customer service was poor.
