I ordered a new mailbox because the old mailbox got hit by a snow plow driving past our house, and the mailbox was bent out of shape and wouldn’t stay closed. Sadly, the new mailbox won’t stay closed! Before I install it, I have to figure out how to adjust the Clasp on the lid so it closes tightly.

Exactly as advertised

Box was already assembled and ready to go. it had been installed for about a month and appears to be holding up well. Didn't leak during recent heavy rainfall.

Easy to replace existing mailbox. Had it completed in about 5 minutes

The customer service person that brings out the curbside orders is very polite and professional.

This is a totally fine workable mailbox. For the money it's a great deal especially when your just trying to get a box up because the plow driver plowed yours! Barebones basic mailbox and that's all you need. Could be considered on the smaller side.

door doesn’t close. It too loose and won’t close! As I couldn’t find the receipt ,I have to buy another one.

The door closure on the mailbox is poor, loose fitting...not secure. So annoying!

It is well made, and exactly what I was looking for.

Box says no hardware, but also says hardware included. Not! I called the company and no hardware included. Plus I was told they discontinued making the hardware to mount to a pole. So I returned it for another brand. Waste of my time!

Suits its purpose.....

I am pleased with it.

The inside catch was installed too low to catch the top of the box to keep the door closed. I had to carefully bend the inside lip so that it would catch the top to keep the door closed. Still sometimes the door is open when I go to get mail. The mailman flips the door up rather than pushing it closed.

The mailbox was of good quality and construction. I was a little disappointed in the weight of the metal used in the box. Not as good as the older boxes in the past.
