I have had one of these since 1985 and they work and hold up well.

This was a replacement for our old dishwasher. The old is identical to the new one and we were so very pleased with it.

This dishwasher was purchased because it’s under the sink. It’s terrible value and not much technology.

This dishwasher is not your typical dishwasher nor would have been my first choice, however I have a unique setup in my condo kitchen that requires the dishwasher to be installed under the sink and this is the only brand out there. It runs great and fits perfectly but is loud and has limited features.

This dishwasher makes my otherwise very tiny condo kitchenette fully functional.

Besides being a terrible value for money (which doesn't factor into my star rating), this is a perfectly sized replacement for my previous GE under-sink dishwasher. That one was a Spacemaker 507, and lasted a few decades. Only issue is my large plates require some wiggling fit on the bottom rack.

After replacing a bad part, it has worked fine.

Since this is the only unit we could find that fits under the sink, there is not much choice. The dishwasher works well.

Thank God GE is still making this under the sink dishwasher. My original machine I had was bought with the house so I dont know how long it was installed before I bought the house, but it did last me 16 years until it went bad. It's just a shame it has to be so pricey, but that's the typical supply and demand of an item. Other than that works great.

This review is specifically about the under sink space saver dishwasher.  I had one in an apartment in the early 90’s and found it very effective.  When renovated the kitchen in my condo I wanted a dishwasher and installed one.  The newer version was not as attractive as the old one in my rental unit and the space inside is not as functional, but the performance is excellent.  The dishes, glasses and pots and pans come out sparkling clean. It is a very good alternative to save space and use an an everyday dishwasher.  When entertaining I often need to load and wash two or three times to get all the dishes and glassware done. I would like to see the under sink dishwasher updated with the features many full size machines have.

GE is the only company that still makes an under counter unit and we appreciate it. Our last GE dishwasher in this rental unit lasted 22 years! Yes we wished the price was lower, but when space is of a premium - something has to give! Very expensive to do anything else but replace unit with similar unit.

Only draw back is that the racks will corrode relatively quick. Needs constant touch up to slow process.

This is hands down the worst dishwasher I've ever used. By the very design it isn't capable of washing dishes. Using expensive detergent helps, but still doesn't negate the need to run the hot water before starting and washing the dishes by hand before using the machine. We frequently have dishes covered in crud from other dishes that got sprayed around. It has only a single sprayer in the bottom and a spout in the middle that unreliably squirts some water on the dishes in the top rack. There is no sprayer in-between the racks so only the parts that are reachable by the sprayer at the bottom get cleaned and the silverware really only gets water dripped on them which doesn't remove food particles.

Needed to replace prior model after 23 years of working well (although much louder than new model). Satisfied with new dishwasher. Only issue was adapting to a few new loading changes, which have been learned now.

The delivery guys were great!

The dishwasher came with the house, the controls are old fashioned, especially the dial, it’s hard to find just the right place to start filling the washer with water. As far as cleaning goes, it works very well, all dishes cane out clean. Also very spacious, holds our big stock pots easily.

Expensive,no other option for undersink mount dishwasher, but looks and works great!

EASY TO INSTALL EASY TO USE

The dishwasher is very over priced for the materials it’s made from. Because it’s the only under the sink dishwasher available so GE gets away with it. It has zero insulation do it runs very loud with water spray noise, moderate motor noise, and a very loud clicking (the valve opening and closing?)

I CAN ONLY USE THIS MODEL DISHWASHER BECAUSE OF ITS UNDER SINK INSTALLATION.MY LAST ONE LASTED 18 YEARS.I HOPE THIS ONE LAST AS LONG.IT SEEMS TO WASH THE DISHES WELL.MY WIFE IS HAPPY SO FAR . THEY ADDED A COUPLE OF FEATURES TO THIS MACHINE WHICH MY WIFE LIKES.THE MOTOR UNDER MACHINE LOOKS LIGHT DUTY COMPARED TO OLD ONE.TIME WILL TELL.THE MACHINE IS MUCH QUIETIER THAN OLD ONE.

This replaced an older under the sink washer that was very old. This one does a great job cleaning glasses and dishes. Because of the size of my kitchen that has very limited space, this model fits perfectly under the sink and allows me to have a dishwasher.

Everything works fine and this replaced an older model. Fits under the sink perfectly.

If you need a dishwasher for under the sink this is a great fit!

This is the third under the sink GE dishwasher I've purchased in 40 years.

The person who was supposed to install said he couldn’t because there was pcp pipe. No one told me this when I purchased it
