Machine is fine. Dealing with Home Depot was a nightmare. Buy somewhere else.

Cheaply made and overpriced.

This is my second of this dishwasher. One was there when I bought my condo in 2010. Many people find this model challenging to install, but it's invaluable for an under-the-sink location (the only one possible). My new one cleans better than my older one that it replaced. It does need to use Finish as recommended, and also the Rinseaid. It did have a defective valve that had to be replaced within the first couple of years. So if you have trouble with it draining, contact GE and that is something that can be fixed on this expensive dishwasher. Also the racks rust easily, but I am now going to try the citric acid treatment recommended on the website and very much appreciate how much support GE provides! Hopefully this will do the trick and if not it turns out I can replace the bottom rack. I am very glad GE makes this machine!

Easy installation, does and excellent job cleaning and very quiet.

Replaced with same model only because noone else sells a dishwasher for under the sink.

We had an earlier model of this dishwasher in the home we bought 10 years ago finally give up the ghost. It was in rough shape, but it was a workhorse. Probably 20 years old when it shuffled off this mortal coil. We had to get an under the sink replacement as our kitchen is the size of a postage stamp. There is but one option, this one, and boy do they know that the options are limited by how they price it - 3x what comparable under the counter dishwashers were. And from what I could tell only GE makes one. So you pay out the nose, but I will say a month in, we're happy. With COVID keeping us home, we're doing two loads a day and it gets everything clean. In other reviews folks complained about the racks - I have no complaints. Different than the previous model, yes, but I think better. Would I buy again? Well yes, because I would have to. Overall satisfied, just wish we were not gouged on the price.

The only dishwasher that would fit out kitchen layout. This is our second of this model; first lasted 20 yrs.

Doesn’t dry dishes real well. But we are satisfied with it.

I haven't installed it yet so don't count my rating. I love the idea of this space saver and likely would rate it higher once it's up and running. But I do want to express a concern I have. I think important information was missing from your web site regarding this dishwasher. Namely, that you must have a 12 inch base cabinet beside it to hold some of the components, such as the garbage disposal. That is something purchasers should know up front, not discover after they've planned their kitchen. In my case I only have room for a 9 inch cabinet next to it. This particular dishwasher is likely only to be installed in small kitchens so having this information is really important.

This dishwasher was a perfect substitute for an older, discontinued model. Installation instructions were clear and worked fine.

Very overpriced for a basic dishwasher. Few options for under the counter dishwasher.

I needed to replace a 30-40 year old under ther sink dishwasher. After checking out what was available I chose the GE model since the one I was replacing was a GE and it lasted so long. If I have one complaint it would be this, the drying cycle needs to be more complete.

Nice looking quiet operation does a great job of cleaning my dishes spot free

I have had a version of this under-sink dishwasher since 1986. Until now, I was satisfied. This recent replacement (February 2020) is unfortunately a disappointment. The lower rack has been redesigned in such a way that it is more difficult to arrange plates and bowls. Worst of all, typical dinner plates (not oversized) now scrape against the upper rack when either rack is opened or closed. The dishwasher still cleans well. But placing the dishes in such a way that friction is avoided reduces the machine's overall capacity.

I needed an under the sink dishwasher to replace an old one in the condo I just purchased. The object of under the sink is that it would save cupboard space which is needed in a small kitchen.General Electric makes one of the few dishwashers like this that would fit in that space. I bought it and had my plumber install it. It works great and does a super job on cleaning. I don't advise it for a large family because it doesn't take as many dishes as a regular under the counter one. It was a great addition.

There is not many choices for under-the-sink dishwasher, however this is good product from GE.

I haven't used it yet but it really is a beautiful machine and I hope it works well.

This seems to be unfortunately the only model for an under-sink dishwasher that we can find. We had the same model in for more than 12 years and when it was falling apart, we had to buy a newer one of the same model — except they redesigned the rack and now holds less things!

Had good service with the same machine for 16 years.

This dishwasher works well and is the only model that fits in my kitchen.

The basket does not fit correctly in the dishwasher.

The only reason we have this dishwasher is because one came in the house we bought. It needed replacing and the previous owner bought this one to replace the old one. It is noisy and there is no room in it, especially if we had more than my husband and myself.
