This replaced my GE Profile and after 4 days the fan will not turn off. Disappointing to say the least.

Cust. Svc. was perfect, Delivery was on time, polite, clean & they hauled off the old MW. Very satisfied.

After only a year and a half it stop working and would not heat. It could not be repaired. It looks good but if it does there is no point.

The product is stylish and family friendly when using the features.

It is a very nice looking microwave. I just wished it did not have the small dent in it. We did not notice it until after it was installed.

Bought this unit 4 months ago. After a month and half the motor fan while it was cooking would change speeds from high and very loud to almost dead silence. I called the service line and was told this was normal. rite after that there was a crackling noise along with the motor fan problem. After a month, called for service. Ge service came and after checking it out said i had an electrical problem with my house and it wasn't the microwave. He said that hte circuit was 120 and when microwave was on it went down to 115. My problem. A master electrician came over and determined my service was fine so we took the unit over to someones shop 4 miles away and plugged it in and thiers went from 120 to 114. My house wasn't the problem. Took rite then to home depot and told them. They took back and ordered another one for me and ill get it in 5 days. I paid for ge to install the first time but they said i would have to pay again. NOT! Ill put it up myself. I will see how the new one works. One thing good i will say is Home Depots service is very good. Also I got a GE stove the same time and we'll see how long that works.

Have had it for a month so far...looks great, works great. Was kind of suprised to see the bluish enameled interior (like it was a old school oven or something) but now that I've over that, I'm very happy with the purchase.

All adora products are junk and ge refuses to stand by their products. I got the microwave and the dishwasher. The dishwasher leaks and then quit and the microwave just died. You would figure that if a guy goes out and buys 10,000.00$ in appliances specifically made by ge so his kitchen would match. And the products fail, then maybe ge would help at least replace the items. Instead, they put you through to a person who don't even speak English! Do you research people! Ge is no longer the leader in quality appliances .......JUNK JUNK JUNK

The microwave is spacious and has the options on it that I was looking for. The decibal level when it is running is much louder than the other GE microwaves I have owned. The interior is spacious and the touch pad numbers and settings are easy to read.

After two weeks, everything works fine. Functions as advertized. Fit of door is poor and gives the appearance that it is misaligned.

This Adora-level GE microwave is an upgrade to our previous GE model which crapped out after 12 years of heavy family use (which is why we bought another GE product). Look is good, though note this microwave is about an inch or two deeper than many models. Controls are easy to figure out, and hood fan is strong.

I bought this microwave and had installed a month ago. It has not worked the last two weeks and I am still waiting for GE to fix it. I would not recommend any of the Adora products because I had a problem with 2 of the 4 I purchased.

We just upgraded to stainless steel appliances and this was the one that matched the other appliances. Since we don't use the microwave that much it was not a priority. But the look and easy or use is great. The light and fan are perfect with multiple settings. We are very pleased with our purchase and home depot instillation.

This is a sleek, roomy and highly functional microwave. I was pleasantly surprised considering the reasonable price tag. The two shelves are nice to have. The exhaust apparatus above the range is powerful and effective. Delivery and installation was superb.

Got it delivered to the house and installed with help from a friend. Definitely a 2 person install. Microwave features worked as advertised. No regrets on this purchase.
