Service man here 6 times in 13 months. White cycle takes 2.5 to 3 hours. Time continually takes longer. Horrible experience

Liked the built-in pedestal feature. It makes a lot of noise going through the different cycles, etc. Thankfully it is used in the garage.

First time with a front load washer - will never go back to top load

I have owned several different types of washers in my life, this new GE washes clothes especially whites better than any other machine I have ever owned. I use soft water and Tide soap, my whites look like new.

Easy to operate and very quiet. Like clean-out door. Right size to get down my steps! Floor demonstrator so I saved a little money.

Even though it has a 'bulky' option for a wash cycle. It just doesn't wash good. Also, if you have a full load of clothes it just won't wash good.

Been using it for about 8 weeks, but only 3 or 4 loads each week. It has been great. I love that it has steam feature without having to use secondary water reservoir (like some other brands). Cycle time with pre-wash and steam is long (just over 2 hours), but it spins the clothes at such high speed that they dry in about half the time now. So there is some savings in drying cost/time. Clothes get very clean and it seems like a quality unit. So far I am very impressed.

I bought this as a replacement of my old GE harmony top load set, It was amazing how much more cleaner my clothing was after the first wash, So far so good we have only had this for a couple of months, Time will tell, If it doesn't live up to what it says it does, I will be the first to spread the news, I don't like things that doesn't perform as advertise.

I bought this washer and coordinating dryer about a month ago and love it. It's built-in risers brought the height up without me having to purchase a separate piece of equipment. It washes very efficiently although I was a little taken back that it takes over an hour to do a normal load of laundry. However, the dryer makes up for it with very little dry time. Overall I am extremely pleased with the purchase.

I have had this machine for a few months now.....I Love the look and functions of this machine....there is one really annoying problem....the tub spins out of control bouncing the machine during parts of the cycle....like it is off balance....I have tried multiple settings and multiple different types of loads....still the same unbalanced obnoxious thumping from side to side..I love GE applicances....but....I would pick something other than this washer....

Bought this 3 months ago and my only issue is that when a load of towels is done, the machine goes out of balance. My other GE never did but it had a different base

Two failures within 60 days... console board and motor. Clothes in machine couldn't ope door when inoperable. Pods melt stains on clothes. Very dissppointed... a GE fan in two homes.

Had it for 3months, works great. Takes a long time to wash, bur I guess all HE washers do that. Clothes are practically dry when the cycle is finished.

Perfect size for a large family; however, be aware of the size before purchasing.

Had this about 4 months. Needed a shock absorber fixed right when we go it, but since then it is ok, except when it first starts in spin, for about 2-3 seconds, it is really noisy, but then it smoothens out

Just a pain to level :(. Need front leveling for back legs

Great wash features and cleans everything I have put into it. The family found it easy to use also. We love the stain wash setting and the delicate modes. The over night dry feature comes in handy. Even the color is pleasant. We would define try buy again.

This is our second front load washer. First one lasted 11 years. The new one so far seems to be able to clean clothes , better and much faster.

I've waiting for the type of front loading machine to appear on the market that can literally take the "worry" out of washing my clothes! Finally I don't need to look any further!!

The depth on this washer is oversized. Be warned it will not fitand a laundry room that is not designed for a deep washer. Measure carefully. There are several design issues with this machine. For those of you that I've had a front loader, you know that the machine must be left open to dry, but did you know that you should also pull the drawer out in theater of water and leave it out to dry? Well you should. Pulling the detergent drawer out and emptying out of water helps keep the machine from getting yucky. But the detergent drawer on this machine is very difficult to pull out and very difficult to put back in. If you do not close the door when pulling out the detergent for then it will catch on the plastic part at the bottom of the drawer. I certainly expect that this part will break soon as pulling the drawer out is very important and the design of the door in the bottom of the drawer or in conflict. If you don't pull out the drawer it will just stay full of yucky water and you will shortly find mildew in the detergent drawer. Another design flaw is that the lock control does not lock the power button. If you accidentally brush against the button you will have canceled your wash load and cannot stop to cancel process even when you have the lock button set. Very frustrating. I was just working in my laundry room and started a load actually brushed up against the machine with a basket and it canceled the wash cycle. So I brilliantly thought that I would put the lock feature on and not do it again when I restarted the cycle-WRONG! I don't know what features the lock control inhibits but it doesn't inhibit the power button. I recently discovered another issue… If you set the machine to delay wash and start it, you cannot open the door to add a garment unless you remember to set it to start with the Delay Wash, Again. Opening a door when delay wash is set will cause the machine to reset. Thought I was going to return home to a load of laundry ready for transferred to the dryer but no the cycle had not run. This washer does a great job on the spin cycle . When I pull close out sometimes they are almost completely dry which is awesome. This machine is very large I am rarely able to fill it to capacity. Important reminders measure the depth of the machine because you cannot open the doors if it is a standard size laundry room. Expect that the detergent drawer will need to be replaced due to improper design.

So far I am pleased with it. It has more features than I need.
