Very, very with the Gama Sonic Victorian solar light. Works better than I imagined!

This is a quality solar light. It gives plenty of light for a patio and has a low and an off position. The battery pack is also replaceable when needed.

Would prefer brighter light but this works well enough.

I replaced a similar but remotely powered post lamp so mounting was simple. However I really like the light temperature and lumen level better than previous 115 volt lamps I tried. At mid spring daylight levels this lamp remains on through the night.

Easy and nice look. The light at night is not very bright. Looks like a distant star shining by the driveway. But nice ... if you like that sort of thing.

Had these well engineered solar lights for over a month and I can honestly evaluate them. These are by far the best I've had or seen since the solar light was invented. I put 2 on a retainer wall and they get beaten with all types of the Florida weather and still keep their character and efficiency.

Easy to mount and looks sleek

This uses a big, single solar panel protected with a piece of real glass. The design is the most effective, and results in good run times. I was able to get 3 nights of light on a single full charge using the "economy" setting, although it was somewhat dim on the third night. After a day in the sun, it was back to full brightness. There is not much difference in apparent light output between High and Economy mode, so I left it on Economy. Overall construction is very good. The side panels are real glass, and are thick enough not to be fragile. The frame is all aluminum. It includes a couple of extra mounting options, one for a flat surface, and one for mounting on a wall. Light output is very good, and at 150 lumens is enough to easily light a path. Even on Economy it's bright enough. They design of the reflector sends most of the light in the right direction, and it lights the ground very well. Color temperature is very warm, and looks great outdoors. The only thing I didn't like was the bulb design. The LEDs are facing outward, and there is some glare when you look at it. Otherwise, looks great and is very functional.

This light is very versatile to work with, it comes with three different mounting options. Two could be placed on a poll, and one directly on your house. It is super easy to install, I chose the pole option, simply dug hole, and poured in the concrete, leveled the pole, and simple tightened three screws on the light fixture, and the install was done. I liked having options in installing this light, and would recommend it.
