hmm..since i didn't buy this this email is concerning in that someone has stolen my identity

Horrible product. Was too rigid, and does not want to bend. When it did bend, it cracked in half. Would not slide easily in to grooves. I tried dish soap like recommend, but only ended up with a mess. Pile is sitting in corner of garage, and I bought a better one that is rubber, bends easily, and gives me a better deal. If it cracks apart when installing, the door pushing down must do a number on it.

Easy to install and does the job well.

advertised as 18 feet long; I wanted to use it for repairing two 9-foot door seals, however it actually measure shorter, just over 17 feet. Therefore replacements for 2 doors wasn't possible.

Not as flexible as it once was. They call it vinyl I’m guessing it was once call rubber. The one that came off is very flexible and sealed to the floor but it was worn. With the ups and downs of the floor the new one won’t seal and leaves gaps

If you live in a northern climate, this thing turns rigid when cold. More leaks than than the old ripped strip.

This item was horrible to work with. Heat made and too stiff to install

Difficult to install even with soapy water

yes and no--right size but the thickness is not right ---I should have gotten the heavy-duty size this is too thin delivery excellent and on time thanks

Very hard to install. Does not slide easy. Even put dish soap on track. Ended up pulling rubber with pliers to get one side in then manually inserted other side with screw driver. Cussed alot doing this. Finally got it on. Looks good once on tho.

Very difficult to install. Would not slide easily in the garage door channels. One install it was too stiff and not wide enough. When the gag age door was closed it would not fully compress leaving large gaps between the door and floor. Now I need to remove and find a better quality product. Would never purchase Frost King again.

My garage is on the lower end of a slight down slope in my driveway. My previous garage door seal had deteriorated and I had significant water coming into my garage with every rainstorm. I replaced the seal with this one and I haven't had any water to leak in, and we have had some torrential rains since then. I did have to buy a new frame piece to support this T-shaped seal, however, as the frame on the bottom of my door was an older style used a circular seal shape. Since none of the seals available online matched what I needed, I just installed the new seal frame, which was easy enough to do.

It is easier with two people installing it, but one person can do it. It does a great just forming itself to an uneven garage floor.

T ends way too big. tried to cut them down (time consuming, don't try it) and still didn't fit.

didnt fit my existing channel. do you have any other products?

Use soap in rails prior to installing. Once installed looks good and sealed gap

Sealed my gap really nice... can be installed by one person but 2 make it a lot easier

This was very easy to slide into the bottom of my garage door, with the help of a coating of dish soap. Very nice product.
