Simple and easy to use.

Owned for 3 years. Have really tried to like it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit was new when we moved into our home 3 years ago, so the unit is 3 - 4 years old. It's worked OK, but has been quirky. Sometimes it will work as expected, but with the wet dishes issue others have reported. Sometimes there is a considerable delay with the unit starting / completing a cycle (delayed start not selected), and more often lately the unit doesn't clean / drain properly. I do clean it regularly (including running dishwasher cleaner through it every 3-ish months). It worked yesterday, but today the "washing" light is lit but nothing is happening. Am on the fence about whether to call in a repair tech or replace...not sure where the money be better spent.

To experience optimal performance when using your dishwasher there are a few things to note:
- A Rinsing Aid must be used
-Your dishwasher should be emptied as soon as possible after a load (allows steam to exit dishwasher tub-assist with drying)
-Heated dry must be selected
-Heated wash option assists in more efficient cleaning and drying of unit and dishes inside
-Mix spoons, forks, and knives to prevent nesting
-Water heater temperature should be set to at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit

Works great and saves time in the kitchen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The house we moved in had an old portable dishwasher that worked but was just in the way all the time. The house we just sold had a completely remodeled kitchen with Frigidaire appliances in it. This included the dishwasher which my wife loved. So we looked for a Frigidaire built in dishwasher. We located one that was in our price range,It didn't have all the features as the one in the other kitchen. The color was right and so was the availability. We thought that it was going to be nosier then the other one, but we were wrong it is quite and worked perfectly. I the home owner installed it and the directions were perfect and straight forth.. We have decided that all our appliances will be Frigidaire.

Very Quite

Great Features

So far so good

Not sure if that was an installation issue or a problem with the product itself. Either way, needing a service call in the first couple months is a red flag to me.

What a DEAL, what a PRODUCT

We took the noise reduction blanket off of the old unit and added it to this new dishwasher and it worked ! We can barely hear the unit when running. NOT A FAN
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, I did not buy this DishWasher. The builder of my home installed all Frigidaire appliances. (oven, Microwave and DW). All, of my appliances I am happy with, except for the Dishwasher. I truly think there is something wrong with the panel, because, it does not turn off properly. And then after you cancel it, it still remains on. Very frustrating. Also, I just wish I had the SS tub. Makes a huge difference with keeping the inside free of mold. And even though I have heated dry on, I always have to dry the dishes. SORRY NOT A FAN :-(

Not impressed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new home had four new frigidaire appliances; a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a range and microwave vent hood. I sold the oven and microwave and replaced with a dual fuel gas range. The fridge required three technician visits to replace the icemaker. The dishwasher works fine, but several design problems- the top rack is too shallow, and the door handle is not easy to grip. The door doesn’t stay open, either. It’s very lightweight and feels cheap.
It cleans dishes sufficiently but this is not an appliances that I would buy if I could have chosen.
