Cheap Parts, Poorly Made
We ended up returning this fridge. It was delivered and installed, and immediately the fan was making a very loud sound. Home Depot arranged for a replacement, which was fine. However, after only a couple of hours of having it, the shelves were falling apart and the doors are hanging crooked. There are plastic pieces on the shelves that keep falling off, very annoying. And the doors just don't hang right. We cancelled this fridge and ordered a different brand.

Fridge had problems as soon as the warranty was up
After 18 months of us loving this fridge , it began to have serious issues. If you buy this get the warranty with it! Wish I did because repairs costs are almost as much as getting another new fridge.

Stylish and functional

There is a design flaw with the bottom drawer because it hits the door with it as far open as it can go.

The refrigerator is not stable and adjustment feet are very difficult to try to make stable so it is still unstable even though we adjusted the feet. Both doors squeak when opened. Everything else good, nice and quiet running.

No it did not! First, it made a horrible sound and it turned out the fan behind the freezer wasn't mounted correctly. Frigidaire sent two service techs to repair the horrific noise. They did. And now there is a horrible but sporadic vibration noise coming from the motor!! I have to call Frigidaire again! So disappointed!

The fridge words fine, but it is loud for a fridge. Nothing is wrong with it. Sounds like some part is always running. Nothing crazy, it won't keep you up at night, although when its dead quiet i can hear it upstairs.

Unlike the GE fridge I have, this one allows me to make the refrigerator colder than 36 degrees. The ice cubes are small and a good shape. So far, so good!

Refrigerator freezes food
After fighting for a couple months with fridgidair to repair my unit because things were freezing in the refrigerator. They finally told me it was my fault. I was loading the fridge wrong. Apparently there are certain places in which you can not put food in the refrigerator or it will freeze. So, long story short this is a terrible product. If you want a refrigerator in which you can only use certain parts of the shelves this is for you. I am still in disbelief regarding this situation. I will never buy fridgidair again.

Quality Control Needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were excited to receive our new refrigerator, but after it was installed and the delivery people were gone, we discovered that the doors weren’t closing properly. The freezer door was hitting the inside edge of the fridge every time it was closed. After having issues with our previous refrigerator’s doors, it wasn’t anything I wanted to experience again.

Counter depth fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s very nice looking , a little noisy , we were worried about freezer doors hitting the sides and being hard to close but once it was level it was ok . It was not closing properly at all until we got it in the spot . But it worked .

Freezer is smaller than expected. You can't fit a frozen boxed Pizza in it. The freezer shelves aren't adjustable. Other than that, overall a great fridge.
