The fridge is OK, love the style and the black dolor is great. Have had issues with foods freezing in the fridge area and or water dripping since the day of delivery, even after it was serviced and supposably fixed. Ice cube trays are hard to store anywhere but in the door. Hard to clean the bottom of fridge, since drawers are hard to get out.

My old one broke after 15 years - decided to get the same brand and style but got the smaller one can't find the same one

I bought this refrigerator about a month ago. One of the sliding shelves won't slide. Frigidaire sent a replacement shelve but still doesn't slide. This refrigerator replaced a 30+ year old refrigerator that was much better made that was repaired only once. Otherwise it's running fine. Freezer is little small.

I was all happy to have a new fridge looked great. It did not work from day one the freezer is 11c and fridge part it is way to warm. Lost $200 in food and still have no fridge. It is a pain trying to feed a family with no fridge. If it does not work any company should just send a new new one instead of send a repair man over several times. After spending good money you expect something that works it is so frustrating spending money and working around family life . If you buy please keep your old one for a spare.

I love the glass shelves. I can see everything in my refrigerator. Even as a single person the refrigerator is not "too big".

The internal temperrature of the "refrigerator" is 70 degrees.

Works great, everything is very cold. It's a little noisy, sounds like it's making ice but there isn't an ice maker.

so far the product is performing just as expected. No problems. The design makes me think of an old American made car that was made strong and sturdy.

This fridge is efficient and runs very quietly: that is important as it is in a fairly small and open living room-dining-kitchen area.

Came with new home. Very easy to clean inside and out.

At first I loved this refrigerator and then the handle broke off after a month of use :( I'm happy to report that Frigidaire did send me a new one immediately (and a spare) but I'm hoping that I'll never need the spare. Other than that it's been perfect. The temperatures have been fine in both sections, I love the larger door storage compared to my old Frigidaire.

Delivered twice with same defect - warping on the sides. After rejecting the second one, received a call that they could not guarantee the next one would not have the same defect. Have been told that more than 9 out of 10 come with warped sides and it has something to do with the insulation process. While we waited for the next one, it appeared to work well but have no idea what effect the warping would have long term or on energy efficiency.

I received this as part of an energy co program. Problem is there are icicles in the freezer and some liquid water. I would recommend this only because it was free as part of the program

Unit fails to reach recommended temperatures in both fridge and freezer sections, even with maximum coldness setting, which is potentially hazardous. Ice cream stays soft. Also, the glass shelves bend and warp with a full load on them.

Storage of items is so easy. The interior of the refrigerator is designed for convenence and accessability.

We received our refrigerator about 6 months ago. The door handle broke off and we had to replace it. Now the door handle is cracking AGAIN! The light in the fridge leaks onto the top and middle shelves. It leaks so much that we have to wipe the shelves multiple times daily. We have had repairmen out and they couldn't find anything obviously wrong, so I can only assume it was a product flaw. We are seriously considering buying a new refrigerator to replace it within the next year. It is ridiculous that we are considering this since it is basically brand new. We may put it in the back yard for target practice sooner than later.

I love this new refrigerator . The only things I don't like about it is it is somewhat noisy and the outside gets smudged very easy.

Nice layout and bright interior. Quieter than some and nosier than some. Main problem I've had is door handle keeps breaking (at the thin flat attachment extension near where it screws into upper inner edge of door) This is definitely a design flaw as its happened TWICE within 9 mos. of purchase! It was replaced for free by Mfr. but I'm worried what happens after my one year warranty is over and I'll have to pay for more of these! If company rep. reads this take note; the thin flat plastic extension that holds handle to door should be reinforced with a piece of metal! (also front of door had a small dent, but that's Home Depot's fault)

I'm so happy with my new fridge, I'm glad that I choose frigidaire, it's the same size of my old one but this one has more room!

Bought 2 months ago. It's OK but we miss not having a light in the freezer.

I'm very happy with the design, build quality and reliability of my Frigidaire refrigerator and range. Fit, finish, weight. There are no other brands in this price range that can even come close to Frididaire. As a landlord Frigidaire has won me over as a very satisfied return customer.

Within the first week the freezer frosted up dramatically. Repair tech arrived and addressed the problem with foil and tape, designing a makeshift tray for the rear mechanism. He said the problem is known and easily fixed if caught in time. Since then the unit seems to be working as designed. I appreciate the efficiency and appearance of the unit, although with the doors reversed so as to open to the left, they are not perfectly aligned (the freezer door tilts slightly up on the right).

I had my Frigidaire delivered on October 10 and much to my disappointment the freezer didn't work right. It would not hold temp at range to keep food frozen. Would go up to as high as 40 degrees. All my food was ruined and no claim for lost food. Even if it never worked right. After one no show and two more appts parts were finally replaced on October 30. The freezer still does not hold at 0 or below constantly. It will go up to 6 to 8 degrees during defrost cycle. But at least it is not frosting food as quickly. I chose Frigidaire because my last one lasted 30 years, go figure USA built.

Bought this refrigerator a month ago and it's working perfectly. I hope it stands up to the test of time. It's a solid basic refrigerator.

As a frequent purchaser of these appliances I know they are not field tested. I run into problems all the time. I call on the warranty and still have the same problems out of warranty. You can't always fix bad design.
