[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator since July 20, 2018. It is working very well. Only thing I don't like about it is it heats up on the sides when it is running.

Delivered on time, put in place, and works perfectly so far!

Good basically Refrigerator. We’ll see if it lasts. Roomier than most this size.

This fridge is well-organized spaces and is super-quiet. I had looked at many apartment-sized models--which seem to be strangely, and consistently, unreliable, getting 5 stars or 1 star in their ratings. Jury's still out on its long-term reliability, but so far so good. I opted for a long warranty.

Looks nice, easy to switch the opening from one side to the other, decent capacity for at least 2 people.

This refrigerator was purchase about 3 years ago and twice now it has stopped working for about a week then miraculously starts working perfectly, both times wasting hundreds of dollars in groceries. Not cool.

I bought this refrigerator one year and 2 months it stopped working. I did not buy additional warrrenty so I am out $489.00 not worth it. Its made in China

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was bought as a replacement of an essentially identical model that died (the freezer stopped freezing) after a disappointingly short service life of 7 years. We searched for something more reliable with similar features and size but came up empty handed. So, we're back with a new one of these, hoping for a longer life this time around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stopped cooling after 3 years. Probably a refrigerant leak. Evap coils are starting to freeze up.

Just after the 1 year warranty it stopped working.

The main compressor went just after the warranty expired. The cost to repair is almost as much as I paid for the refrigerator itself. I am not going to repair and I am just going to purchase a new one from a different brand. I cannot imagine a scenario where I purchase something from this company again.

I based this review on this model. I bought this model in March, 2016 and within 6 months, I had to call a service tech out to fix it. After two weeks, I finally got it fixed. That's 2 weeks with no fridge, and no assistance from the manufacture on getting it repaired any sooner. My only saving grace was that I purchased the extended warranty. I never thought I would be calling for a repair within the 1st year of its purchase. Since that time, it has broken again, so here I am waiting to have it repaired again. This is the 2nd service call I've had to make and this unit is only 2 years old. I've made many calls to the company. They do not stand behind their product. Buyer beware. I do not recommend this product and it is based on my personal experience.

I am the latest who owns one of these where now it is failing randomly and spoiling food. Already got the service guy over. The cost to replace parts and service is past what the fridge is worth. The CPU in the fridge will randomly turn off so you have to unplug it, then plug it back in to reset it. Sometimes that works, sometimes that doesn't. The fan in the freezer also sounds louder like it is dying. This fridge is only 3 years old!! No dust! Talk about planned obsolescence. Even the service guy said that when they started using push button CPUs thermostats in them and not the turn-style knob ones, they all started having problems. Amazing how they can't build a fridge anymore when the two in my mom's old house from the 1950s never died. I'm happy to notice no more buttons in most of the newer fridges but I still don't have much faith planned obsolescence is going away anytime soon.

Product began working intermittently after a few months, but unplugging the unit for awhile and re-plugging it seemed to reset the problem at that time However, one month after the warranty expired, the unit completely failed and would not run After a $300+ repair, the unit worked great for two weeks, then began having intermittent problems again Two months later the unit completely failed again and we were facing another $300+ repair, so we replaced it with a model from another manufacturer The costs of spoiled food and an annoyed mother-in-law isn't great either Disregarding the fact that it doesn't work, my only other notes are that it is a bit louder and less energy efficient than the replacement we bought from another manufacturer

Piece of junk...Do not purchase! Refrigerator failed intermittently after 2 over and over resulting in $1000 plus loss in groceries due to spoilage!

Running for 9 months and then broke. Temp control went dark- can't set temp. Made a lot of noise before it went warm and silent. I liked the appearance and roomy interior, and how the bright light shines through the shelves. Almost new, and it has to be hauled away when my new one arrives. Decided to change brand this time. Let's hope Whirlpool is better. NOTE: Door cannot be reversed, unless you by an expensive kit to do it. A bottom part of the hinge does not reverse. Yeah, bought the kit and changed the side it opens on... and now the fridge is useless.
