For what I needed it for it worked. Home Depot should have parts for older bathroom fixtures. It’s more cost effective to make repairs than buy everything new.

Good product, but need to replace one from about 5 years ago due to the stopper deteriorating and making the toilet bowl black.

Prior to installing, I looked at several DIY videos on YouTube only to find that the instructions that came with the pack/kit were easy to understand. It took me some 8-10 minutes to complete the job. So far, no complaints.

Had a problem with the actuator getting stuck upright. Used a different stem and it resolved the issue.

It worked for a few days, then the rubber part got too soft and wasn't sealing the hole properly. Toilet continued to run.

Works fine, hole in actuator to allow function could be a little bigger

Installed as recommended leaked from day one. Consulted with plumbing store owner, unsuccessful. Returned to store defective.

Exactly what I needed to repair this very old toilet. I was originally concerned that I wouldn’t find the correct parts.

All I needed was the rubber washer for the flapper. Shame I had to throw the rest of the product away. Wish someone would locate just the washer to purchase. Planned obsolescence I guess.

Easy to replace the existing similar valve with this kit and, after adjustment of the chain which took several attempts, the toilet flushes better than ever.

Easy to install, would recommend to all

The kit is well packaged and most of the parts are immortal with the exception of the white metal pivot bracket. My house uses filtered well water but the pivot bracket lasts about a year! I wish I could just get the pivot bracket as to not waste all of the other included parts.

Very easy to fix and install. Only took a few minutes.

late 90's AS one piece, low profile, front lever. Lexington/Inga 2006/2007. After weeks of messing with rep OEM setup (AS). Went to Everbilt, red setup, had to mill down the pivot pins to fit and flap properly. Perfect. No more holding handle for a flush.
