This pump is very easy to install, and works really well. We bought and installed this one to replace one that had failed. The one that failed lasted about 2 years, then the float switch quit working, and the pump ran all the time, and would not shut off. All in all, this is a good product, easy to install and works as advertised.

The float will be completely submerged in water and still not activate the pump. The switch is not impeded either. Called the 1-844-241-5521 at 2:36pm on a Friday and they are closed. I would buy a pump with a different kind of actuator, this style has the potential for to many issues.

Only have had it installed for about a week and it already failed once just unplugged it and plugged back in and it started to work. Unfortunately that cause my water heater to get submerged in stock but it's right out and seems to be OK

Had to return to get tubing rings This pump stronger than last one had and when started was forcing tubing off along with rush of waterGot tubing rings and seemed to be working fine

It was easy to install with minor modifications. However, this pump is very loud. Taking it back and replacing it with a Rigid. Only installed for about a week, so I can't speak for its longevity.

Did not work properly bringing back to store, called phone number as it said in instructions and was told the hole was not big enough, even though it was measured and met dimensions.

Hopefully it lasts. Doesn't seem to be heavy duty.

Everything was fine except for the connection to the outlet. Should have included optional connections.

Works like a champ. It pumps the 8 foot rise easily. I prefer the tether float because the motor cycles less often. Fits inside the 16 inch sump reservoir nicely.

Appears to working fine, altho louder than the one it replaced.

FYI, Reviews should not be taken with in a weeks purchase. The float in this works fine but does not work ideally in my sistuation, gets hung up on iteams and takes my water lvl up higher then the inlet of the basten, I hope there is another option for the float design.

This pump was adequate to get us out of a bind but it in now way is the equal of the Rigid SSP-1000 which picked up an internal jam. Your website shows that you no longer stock this top of the line item. The electronic water sensor is fail proof - while all float types including the tether on this pump run the risk of getting stuck in heavy inflows.

Worked very well to pump off water on my pool cover.

Used to drain my pool, not for permanent use. Pump is very powerful and moves way more than one that attaches to a garden hose. I have to drain the pool down about halfway to close for the winter and this took about 3 hours to do it, so I believe the flow rate posted on the box is accurate.

I have an 86 year old house. The previous owners installed a sump pump I am assuming years ago, it stopped working and I had water in the basement with the recent rains. l had it replaced with this model, AGAIN the recent rain bought water to the basement. The design of the unit was different than the previous one and the installer noted how small/tight the hole was to house the unit...…………..the unit failed come on. I am going to try to return it to the store.

This pump is a real life saver. We got some really heavy rains last we and over the weekend and this pump worked flawless. I have it hooked to 1/12 pipe and it will move a lot of water. I am very pleased with this pump and would recommend it to anyone looking to move a lot of water.
