Installed easily sitting in sump waiting for rain

Bought it, installed it, 2 weeks later the float switch broke. Think about that, in just 2 weeks it failed!! Next one will not be Everbilt (owned by Home Depot?) but company that makes their name on sumps. To Home Depot's credit, they did swap it out and had great customer service. In the end, I just don't want to buy shoddy products though... the trip back to swap it out wasn't on my plans for the night.

Worked well in ice water draining a backyard depression

I have purchased 2 of these pumps within a years time.They are fairly easy to set up and install. First pump worked for only a month and burned up. It got so hot that the bottom fell off and grease got everywhere, so much for the thermal overload. I bought the second one to replace the first one and it only lasted 6 months. It just stopped pumping water.

After one week pump is working as intended.Installation was as expected.

Good product so far, haven't had a lot of rain since I installed it.

Worked fine. A little loud but it gets it done.

Surprisingly light and easy to handle. Installation was simple. Good product for a decent price.

This is the second time I have purchased this pump. Works great and long lasting. I have replaced both of my original pumps which were the same brand and size and had been in my house when I purchased it.

Time will tell on the sump pump-works very well right now-but will it be working 1,2,or 3 years from now?Submersible sump pump is for my basement and with all of this rain we’ve had-its been running quite frequently.robby1

Pump is very quiet and moves a lot of water quickly. Only downside is that despite positioning the pump on the side of the pit and adjusting the direction of the tether (NOT the length!!!) the tether requires a little more room in the pit as it occasionally gets hung up on the corrugated Sides of the pit. Solved this by inserting a heavy sheet of plastic on the sidewall. Now no problem. In retrospect should have spent the extra $20 and got the model with the float on the rod. But still overall happy with the unit.

Easy to install after my other pump failed. This would be a great spare pump to have as a replacement. I would recommend that every home owner have a spare pump.

Works well does what it’s supposed to.

Easy to replace old pump. However I was a bit worried eithhow high the water filled before pump turned on. But all’s we’ll that endswell... so far
