It pumped water great but the float valve would get trapped on top of the pump and then it wouldn’t shut off. Had it happen four or more times over two days. I had to buy another pump with a fixed float valve. The new pump works great! Don’t waist your time with this one like I did.

The pump was easy to install and has worked perfectly so far. With all the rain we have had it has been pretty busy. It only takes about 15 seconds to empty the sump.

Easy to install. I had to reinstall because I initially placed it in the center of the sump, but that doesn't leave run for the tether. Reinstalled it closer to the side. Otherwise than that, works perfectly!

Easy install and quiet pump

Easy to install and pumps fine, but float actuator doesn’t turn the pump on until my sump pit is about to overflow. I’ll be installing a different pump with vertical float mechanism. My sump pit did meet the measurement specs called for on the pump package, but it still didn’t activate properly.

It failed after 2 days.

It works..... very poorly constructed! Plastic piece of crap. Don’t even get me started on the float. For ever these have been made where the float plugs in then the pump plugs into it. Your design is a drastic departure. Now if the float is bad how will I diagnose my problem?
