We recently had a problem of a/c lines freezing. The ervice tech cleaned the a-coil on our furnace, he recommended tips on keeping the a-coil clean was the changing of the air filter. On your website, I read your info of air filter classifications and made my choice on my needs.

Thinker then most other filters I have used. Picks up more and filters just as long.

I have ordered this item before and find it very satisfactory. It performs as advertised.

Works perfectly and easy to insert.

I like the longer wear and tear these filters can take. Just make sure to check monthly as the weather changes from dry to wet and vice versa for excess dirt picked up in your unit.

Excellent filters at a fair price.

Average product. Was expecting longer life or option to re-use after cleaning. Perhaps it is better than other less expensive filters, but I saw no indication.

This is the best air filter I've ever tried. My furnace runs quieter and I can definitely tell a huge difference in the air quality compared to the cheap filters.

I ordered the Dupont Platinum Filters and when the product arrived, it was not what I ordered. For the cost of these filters, I expected to receive the Dupont Platinum & instead received some type of generic filters that were not even in packaging. They were thin cardboard, no labels on anything in package, just cheap thin filters, that were not what I ordered. Very disappointed, so I returned them right away. When I took them back to Home Depot, the clerk said they were the cheaper $4 filters. Not sure why they were sent. Very disappointed

The service in Sheridan was excellent Debb in customer service went above and beyond to make sure that I got the right product delivered to the Sheridan store without her help it would not have been a successful purchase .=M

I noticed the difference immeduately

The product only measured 17.5 inches wide. My Bryant heat pump had supports for an 18 inch electronic air cleaner. I resorted to using the original metal mesh pre-filters to support the purchased air filter. The manufacturers should either design their products to the advertised specifications or offer fractional dimensions.

Does what it supposed to do, even better on foul cooking orders.

Unfortunately the size was incorrect and did not fit properly. I did not go to the store to return or exchange due to I forced one of them and in crunched on the edges of the filter and did not wanted to return a damage filter.

DUPONT PLATINUM FURNACE FILTERS ARE AN EXCELLENT BUY FOR SEVERAL REASONS MERV10 MEANS VERY HIGH FILTRATION OF VERY SMALL PARTICLES PLUS LARGE FILTRATION AREA GIVES LONGER LIFE. MOST IMPORTANTLY' IT HAS BACTERIOSTATIC PROPERTIES RESULT IN NO AIR FILTER ODOR OR IN THE CIRCULATING AIR. GREAT!
