We had never installed a shower pan before but this pan was relatively easy to install. The instructions were clear and pointed out things we hadn't thought of. Our shower area is far from standard by any stretch of the imagination so we had to do a little creative plumbing but so far everything is dry where it should be dry and wet where it should be wet. I will buy this item again if needed in the future.

I was impressed with the quality of this shower pan. Heavy fiber glass that did not give when I (235lbs) walked on it before installing it. It was stout enough I contemplated not using the 1.5 inches of mortar underneath like the directions call for but went with the mortar just to be safe. Some of the support rings that are attached to the bottom were uneven heights (or my floor was not sure which), anyway I took a rasp to the center row to shorten them and level it up and stop it from a center high rock before I installed it. This is not one of those thin cheap units that come with a Styrofoam pad for the bottom and end up with hairline cracks and leaks, it seams to have adequate heft to last for a good long time. It takes some skill to be able to install it in a quality manor but but I feel sure this was a good choice.

Nice base replaced a Swanstone base that served its purpose 20 years but this base looks nicer and it was less than half of what I paid for the Swanstone.

The base is well constructed. It needs a flat level surface for installation like any other shower base. The bottom is well reinforced. The floor is strong and stable and does not flex when showering.

it is to early to tell how well the product will hold up, It seems to "GIVE" a little near the drain. I am not a fan of plastic however when the contractor says get this you get it. Over all the product seems ok I just have some concerns about the giving near the drain. Time will tell
