My family really loves the shower base. When we shower, the base is not slippery, and the texture is wonderful. It drains very quickly, so if you shower with a lot of water very fast, the water doesn't build up. After buying a shower base for a second bathroom, we enjoyed it, and bought another.

Great little base for a corner shower. Still waiting for our glass door to arrive, but this base has a far lower profile than the base we're replacing, making it feel like you're walking straight into the shower rather than having to step up into it. Installed with no issues.

The Pan is very well made good quality nice finish. However I cant find a enclosure for this pan around $500

Arrived on time. Met my expectations.

This was not I had planned to use. It was to be case iron pan but this size was not available. It also was most expensive. I was concerned with the drain and lower height lip. I can say with full water flow it drains well and no worries of water leaking. Great product.

Good modern shower pan, but note the that it might make sounds when you step on it. It is what it is. Wish it came in a longer size with just one long side w/o tile flange.

We were pleased to find one of this size with a right hand drain, installation was easy and quality is good, the only complaint I have is that the threshold is so low, I was expecting a three or four inch threshold and this is only two, it's hard not to have water splash out.

I was taking on a master bathroom remodel and we only had 3 weeks to complete the project. The original plan was to build my own base using the schluter system. I did not have room for the 48X48 so this was the best option. I purchased on line and the system sayed it would be about 10 days before I received it, and I got this item 4 days later. I was able to stay on time and this was simple to install. I would suggest this to anyone looking for a good low profile shower base. Cheers

I bought this shower base for a remodel I'm performing. I am an amateur when it comes to bathroom remodels but very handy and have had alot of success with other DIY projects on my house. My wife loved the look of this base and it seems to be fairly sturdy for what it is. There are quite a few of these DIY shower base pans on the market with as many different installation processes. I'm a stickler for following instructions so I reviewed the manual thoroughly. As I began the installation, the first thing I found was that the support rings had not been leveled. The pan would "wobble" when placed on the floor. I thought the floor was unlevel at first but using a 48" level quickly showed the floor level and flat (it should have been since I had just replaced it with new subfloor due to previous water damage). Using a straight edge, I gently sanded the rings down until all was level and flush. So, with proper dry fit, time to put some mortar down. However, the manual did not say how much and the diagram was somewhat confusing. I didn't know if the mortar was just to provide lateral support for the rings or does the mortar help to actually support the shower pan base? Called tech support line and was told to "fill in the space between the floor and the pan" and that I should taper the mortar from 3/8" to 5/8" from the drain to the edge. Well, after multiple attempts, and two 60 pound bags of mortar, I re-evaluated. The instructions say that the pan will have to be "pressed" into place. This is impossible to do with the amount of mortar tech support told me to use. Essentially you would have to apply enough force to "squish" the mortar out from underneath the support rings. Mortar does not flow that easily. So, spoke with some professionals who work in construction. After describing the design of the shower pan (specifically the support rings) they said the mortar is only there to provide lateral support (keep it from moving around) and that only a very thin layer was needed. Followed there advice and my shower pan is now successfully installed. So, to sum up, the shower pan was not level, the instructions were not clear, and tech support was less then helpful. I like the way it looks, but I don't know that I would buy this product again.

Color is nice, finish is nice, texture is nice. Time will tell how it resists damage and flex and stains. It was fairly easy to install with a bed of thinset to support it. hopefully I never have to remove one of these.

First it was worth only $50. tops instead of 207. Next the design was not practical. I am guessing those ridiculous circles on the bottom were for sinking in floor grout or cement. The problem is not everyone would install it that way. They were totally unnecessary and because of them I have to go thru an extremely annoying inconvenience of removing it and reinstalling it. I assumed these circles were made of sturdy material and that I would need a hacksaw to remove them. I found out too late how cheap and easily removable they were with just a plier. Also the location of the drain is wrong. the best place is always in any of the four corners. Then the cheap compressed wood chips used inside for supposed strength really ticked me off. Why don't you make one that is 48 by 30? when I called about this size you said you couldn't make one to order. that's nonsense you can make any size at all. then there is this double threshold. why don't you have one that is single threshold? I demand a full refund for all the time and hard work I have wasted and still need to do to get it right. I should receive the $13. postage also.

The shower base was exactly what we needed and only Home Depot had it. The sales associates went the distance.Thanks.
