I needed a 30’towel bar but this one did not work because just the bar itself is 30” and then the two connectors at each end add about 1”:50 each which makes the towel bar a 33” one not a 30”. I had to return because I specifically needed a 30” because of where I was putting it.

The round bases that you attach to the wall and then mount the towel bar, are to weak. It does not give the support needed for the wet towels weight. Delta could have done a better job. This is critical, no more than a dollar in better material makes a huge difference, come on, do better next.

Truly the dumbest design. They put so much faith in the trash anchors they send to mount. You’ll most likely end up ripping the drywall trying to get hardware on. Hex screw worked just fine all along.

Great looking bar. Easy to install except for the useless allen wrench. I used a mini torx driver instead with a small handle (bought from a competitor). Much easier and faster to tighten set scres.

The anchors and screws don’t work. I was installing and the anchors were turning with the screws so that I couldn’t tighten down the base. Which caused the bar to fall. I should have spent more money and got a better product.

They all look and fit well and were different sizes.

Great style for the price--perfectly matched other accessories from Grohe and Kohler!

Uses cheap plastic anchors that are very difficult to screw in. The supplied measurement guide is all creased so isn't useful. As others have said definitely drill a pilot hole. Then you need to carefully screw the anchor forwards and backwards otherwise the anchor will snap.

Solid construction, easy to install, aesthetically pleasing.

Hard to install 3 pieces. Purchased 2 bars and install hardware was different on both. Have installed3 other delta bars and all same but 18 “ a nightmare to install. Screws And Allen wrench too tiny and oval brackets not as good as round brackets.

From bottom to top, this towel bar is poorly engineered. The wall mounts are way more complex than they need to be with a spring-engaged cleat, and the force needed to engage the spring properly runs the risk of damaging the wall as you force the towel bracket onto the mount. Even worse, the paper template they give you is off by about an 1/8th of an inch which means even if you successfully install the mounts, nothing will sit flush because the space left for the rod is too short! GARBAGE!

Both the screws and the plastic drywall anchors are extremely low quality material and begin stripping almost immediately. I wasn't able to install and will be returning.

Looks great but rattles when you place or remove a towel. Also had trouble with the drywall screws breaking.

Minimal but doesn’t look flimsy or cheap. There are similar towel bars out there for cheaper, but they can look flimsy. This one is nice and sturdy and looks classic.

Easy to install and fits our decor.
