Contractor installed quite firm and sturdy used metal anchors

These towel bars look very nice and are sturdy. The only issue I had with them is with the installation. The drywall anchor spreader bolts are MASSIVE and are overkill for these towel racks. They are absolutely HUGE white plastic anchor bolts that require a much large hole in the wall then probably necessary.

Towel rack worked perfectly.

Very good value, The only drawback is the set screw if you try to do it from the bottom as suggested, using the top is much easier.

The screw anchors provided were very large. I inserted them into the wall, but then the left bar support would not screw completely secured. Was loose. Had to remove the large anchors and now I have no towel bar AND a hole in my wall.

Easy installation and the simplicity of design works well with my decor.

Beautiful and easy to install

I have 4 stripped out holes in wall due anchor which will not allow the supplied screw to tighten the brackect to wall. Called customer service and they wanted to send me the same junk. Do not use Delta.

Perfect size for bathroom hand towel

I bought this to replace an existing 18” towel bar that had the wall brackets at 18”, as expected. This Delta 18” bar is 19”OC so I can’t just install it without repairing the wall. Totally stupid, and no where do the specs say the actual 19” measurement.

This is the definition of overpriced garbage. Cheap plastic screws. No directions indicating to drill pilot holes - you WILL break them. Cheap Phillips-flat combo screws - stripping them is easy. Paper "template" doesn't work well with the level - get yourself a square. Smallest mounting bracket I've ever seen with no left-right adjustment - screwed if you're off a hair. Dumb indentation on the posts - the rod wobbles around and doesn't look flush. Just wow... "See what Delta can do" wrong...

Towel bar is too hard to put up with the small Allen wrench provided. Bar has fallen off several times within 2 weeks.

There are two versions of this bar. They look the same from the outside, but have different mounting hardware. I prefer the one that doesn’t need the tiny screws. But overall a nice bar.

These towel rails match my bathroom perfectly. A handyman installed them so I can’t comment about ease of installation

A little pricey but should be a nice one.

Clean, simple design, good looking, sturdy. Really like it.
