Good product, easy to install when you have the proper tools. One person can install this item, but two people install would be better.

I love it. I had a very old wire closet insert that broke and everything fell to floor. I was so glad to get that section of closet back. Pretty easy and fast install.

If you follow the directions, the job goes well. I did it myself but a helper would make the job easier. The kit is made for the shelf to be mounted on a drywall. If your drill hole hits a stud you have to improvise. All in all, I’m happy. Now let’s see if it lasts

The shelving unit was received in great condition but when I went to assemble it I found parts to be missing and the supports to hold the shelf simple did not work. I had to assemble the unit with make shift items that i had at home. I would not recommend buying this item no matter the price. Les M.

It was missing a few pieces. I had it delivered curb side, so either the vendor or HD were negligent in confirming all pieces were in package before it left the store.

You definitely get what you pay for. The support beams for it held no support. We had to rig it just so we could hang clothes or else the whole thing would come down. Definitely not impressed but for a quick job, it works.

In your second pic do you see those two little white things that are clasping the shelf. They look upside down they are going against gravity, the only thing holding the shelf is the shelf makes sense it falls down when u put things on it. Unscrew the support bars then flip them the other way so the white things face up. You won’t need the zip ties no more. As long as you found the studs in your wall your good. Good luck.

Great closet shelving- holds ALOT of hanging clothes.
