Not sturdy shelf. Comes with cheap plastic brackets that will snap off easily. I can’t return and and now have to invest more money into parts to solve the issue. Very disappointed with this.

Good sturdy shelf ... Directions to put it up ... not so good

This is the perfect shelving kit for any laundry room. All the necessary parts were included and with a couple tools and a level it was easily installed.

Pay attention to the directions. When mounting the support arms its a little vague. I put up 8 of these in a walk-in closet and they are great!

I installed this in a new closet. After 2 weeks of installation, the plastic clips broke sending the clothes crashing down. The clips broke, they did not pull out of the wall, they just broke. The unit was installed exactly as the instructions stated and the clips were placed less than 12 inches apart.

Great product, used before and it still works good

The plastic pieces did not hold up, so I had to modify to make work.

I installed this in my entry closet, where guests will hang their coats. When I looked at pictures online, it seemed fine, but when I set it up in person, the plastic bar supports are bulky and not very attractive. They’re also just hanging on the shelf and are not secure. So if you don’t have many clothes hanging on the bar, it’s wobbly. The shelf is like any other ClosetMaid shelf. I agree with another reviewer though, in that this shelving system in general involves putting lots of big holes in the wall because most of them are not on a stud, and in the end, installation is more involved than normal shelves which are able to hold more weight. I took it down and decided to use normal shelf brackets, wooden shelves, and a normal closet rod that’s bigger in diameter and mounts directly to the walls.

It was perfect for the project I was working on. It was the right length. The kit was cheaper than buying the parts individually.

I ordered several pieces to fit my new walk-in closet design. It came out perfect. Just what I wanted and my contractor installed it for me.

Easy to assemble and sturdy

We hung two of these in my closet and they ripped out of the wall a couple days later. I put a normal amount of clothes on the rod and it could not hold. Left a huge mess and holes in the wall. The brackets are made of plastic, cheap quality. Would not recommend.
