I was very disappointed. It fell twice even after using heavy duty screws. A lot of money not to be able to use.

Easy to install and sturdy.

Very cheaply made and the hardware was cheap as well. We hung it up in our closet and it bent and was useless to use after that. We just put 15 items (shirts, jeans, sweaters) on it. Will never buy this again.

I am not to sure why the support rods would not hold up from the bottom as the direction dictates but mounting the supports above the racks worked for us.

Cannot put to much weight on it or it will tip and the metal bars just bend at the base.

Great product especially being a complete kit. Reasonable price for the kit especially if you have to purchase everything separately. One thing that is a disappointment with this product, it does not come with end brackets had to purchase them separately. Came with everything else from back clips, support rods, rubber wire caps, 3 clothing rod supports and rod, but no end wall brackets. Otherwise perfect kit, and don’t have to search for every part separately.

Installing yourself seems easy but when you install improperly you want to blame the inanimate object, before installation"READ" the instructions, the rods support the shelves when installed properly, and pay attention to the weight limit, DO NOT overload
