I was SO excited to finally order this fridge after stalking it for years. Unfortuantely as soon as I got it it immediately started leaking all over the floor. It took me 4 repairs by two different companies that rigged this thing up to go from daily leaking to maybe once a week leaking all over the floor. Customer service refused to replace the clearly faulty product. Super super disappointed in the quality of this speedy fridge. Don’t let it’s pretty looks fool you, this thing is junk.

We just built a home and bought all GE Cafe Matte White kitchen products. Love the color, style and functionality of each. This fridge is roomy, pretty and perfect for the two of us!

We built a brand new house back in August and chose this refrigerator as one of our appliances for our building package. Today (November 6th), I come in and there is water all over the floor. Something is ALREADY wrong with our freezer. We love the storage that this fridge has to offer (so needless to say we have a lot of meat in our freezer area), but our meet in the freezer is starting to unthaw. I'm honestly in shock that something is ALREADY wrong. We are in panic right now at the fact of how much money might be going to waste over our food in the freezer area.

Seems as tho there is no effort into the quality of this appliance. Don’t get me wrong, it works, but the doors do not align and white insulation oozing out from all cracks.

After researching many refrigerators I chose this one because of the features and the brand. I am a kitchen and bath Contractor and general contractor and I’ve dealt with a lot of clients is in my life

Great interior lighting allowing full view of everything.Extra wide shelves logistically positioned to maximize storage compacity. Really impressed with 2 drawer bottom freezer organization. Wi-Fi a real plus and hot water is available in seconds. This is truly state of the art design and family and guests amazed when they help themselves.

Everyone asks where I got this fridge- even the guy who delivered it! It looks so nice with my white cabinets, as if it’s built in. And the space inside is tremendous. I have yet to completely fill it up.

Good so far And I like a lot of the features but there was a problem removing the drawers for cleaning. I can’t get them passed the doors to get them out. This appears to be a design flaw as I don’t see any way of getting them out and the installer had no ideas either. Any suggestions?

Love the amount of interior space this fridge has. It is set up well inside with the drawers and shelves. My only complaint is that the ice chute is too large and it shoots ice out around the top of a typical drinking glass. The white is so much easier to keep clean than any of my stainless appliances. Love the look of the cafe series!

Biggest French door refrigerator Cafe makes, beautiful Matte Black finish with brushed black handles. Plenty of space, can fit a large pizza box inside! So quiet you can’t hear it run, and the hot water dispenser and wi-fi using the app is slick!

As I am still learning the features that this product has to offer, the unit is very easy to use. The handle bars have remain steady, the alarm goes off if the door is not closed, the water dispenser tells you how much water is consumed and it is very spacious.

I purchased this refrigerator because we remodeled our kitchen and loved the features, quality and industrial look.

The hot water dispenser did not work from the get go. After multiple calls to GE and multiple repair visits it apparently has been fixed. Purchased on 10/0917 and finally fixed on 01/23/18. Not very impressed with how long it took to resolve the issue and my biggest question is why is a brand new appliance needing repair if it’s brand new. I’m hoping I did not get somebody else’s return. There’s no way to verify this. Overall the fridge is very nice and ample. Love the lights. They point straight into the fridge, so it’s not blinding when you open the doors. The stainless steel body is beautiful. No place for magnets, just on the sides. Please buy a stainless steel cleaner, it’s a must. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the hot water malfunction. I am a frequent coffee and hot tea drinker, this is why I chose this model. It takes a couple of minutes for the hot water to dispense, 10 ounces at a time. Unfortunately, this unit does not have auto fill, which means you cannot walk away while filling your water container. I’ve already had to order a water filter. We drink water and use ice constantly.

I just bought this refrigerator a few days ago. I just love all the features and how beautiful it looks in my kitchen. I’m really glad I purchased this product. I’ve always owned GE appliances and have never had any problems. Thanks!

I cannot rate this 5 stars. We got our first and it never got cold. Had to wait 5 days with a loaner for new one. But GE did not fail us with another great fridge from the Cafe series

This is a large refridgerator. It is sleek in design and offers just enough bells and whistles. The door shelves are adjustable as well as a in main compartment of fridge. We have been very happy with this model.

We've only had this refrigerator for a couple of days. It's replacing a 16 year old refrigerator that was beginning to have too much attitude. (Bad attitude.) This is by far an upgrade from our previous refrigerator. And the price reflects the upgrade. Still, we were willing to purchase this at the premium price (sight unseen) because we recently purchase a Cafe gas stove. That has been incredible as well. The install went pretty smooth and the setup was easy. It didn't take long to figure out the front touch panel and now we're starting to get used to the new look in the kitchen. Nice job GE.

Installed today. Looks great and is spacious. Can't wait to use the hot water dispenser.

It's a beautiful refrigerator, I have the stainless steel version. I wish it hid fingermarks better. The water keeps dripping from the water dispenser so that makes me concerned for water damage to my hardwood floors. Love the amount of space in this refrigerator & the style.

Such a beautiful and well thought out design! Fits everything for a big family and is extremely sturdy.

Great looking refrigerator and it has plenty of space

Wonderful product for our home! The features and space is unlike any refrigerator we have had before!

Absolutely gorgeous in our new kitchen. It’s spacious, well made, and all the features have been easy to navigate.

The refrigerator runs most of the time and is quite loud. Takes some getting used to. Other than that, it is a large, spacious good looking refrigerator. At 35" deep it sticks out of our cabinet 12" with the handles on. Had we known that I think we would have chosen a different one.

Love this fridge. Only gave a 4-star because while I paid extra ($$) for a white refrigerator, I was surprised to learn upon delivery that the front of the fridge only is white. The rest of the fridge is black.

We just got this delivered last Saturday. The doors do not open all the way, I cannot get the fresh drawers out, or the meat drawer out. They hit the door. I cannot even remove the packing tape because I can't open the drawers enough. How will I ever get them out to wash them? It hums so loud I can hear it downstairs, you can even feel the vibration on the floor. The inside of the right door has dried insulation foam all over the top. The blue shipping wrap won't come off all the way, it's stuck around the ice maker face plate on the front door.

It works fine and looks pretty. However, the ice gets stuck. The buttons on the front stick. The heated water only fills a tiny cup and takes forever to heat! We bought it to match our other cafe appliances, but I wish every day that we had gone for the cheaper and more functional models we were looking at. The bells and whistles of the cafe fridge are not worth the extra money.

The refrigerator arrived with a number of issues. Doors do not open or close as expected, but bind up in both directions. The freezer door does not properly open or close and the panel on the back was not properly attached. I have other Cafe appliances and have not witnessed such poor construction. I would not recommend this product given the cost.

Great refrigerator with good feature using WiFi to heat up water. However, I would recommend going with the models that have the beverage as its own compartment with its own handle. Sometimes it’s inconvenient to open both doors to open the beverage drawer.

I don’t like this refrigerator at all. It is loud and the space inside is not well designed. I would not buy it again. I actually wanted the one above it, but was unable to get due to availability. For the price of this, I expected more
