Pretty straight forward installation. Was told by the plumber never go with the lightweight acrylic models guaranteed to crack. This is heavy and substantial and cost the same as the acrylic shower pans. Win win.

Seems well made. Enameled steel is a nice option to have. Was my first time working with a steel shower pan. Will be getting for my next project also as they have large dogs that would scratch up a typical fiberglass pan.

This shower pan is fantastic. It sits real solid with no give. Although I did use some window/door expanding foam underneath to help support/hold it. Be sure to use light expanding foam if you do the same.
